Friday Night Preview and Predictions!

It's going to be tough to top Thursday night with all of the Lake Conference craziness but here are the Friday games to keep an eye on with a prediction!   1AA Albany at Pequot Lakes   Prediction. Albany is number one! They are undefeated! And they have to go to Pequot Lakes who has been to state three years in a row and is always tough to beat on their court. And PL gave Albany a game last time (63-58). Perfect spot for the upset! Right???? Wrong. PL has had some tough games lately while Albany is firing on all cylinders crushing people.   Albany by 11.   9AAAA Shakopee at 6AAAA Apple Valley   Prediction. I am really having a tough time matching what I think will happen here. Shakopee is red hot. Maybe the hottest team in AAAA right now. But the Eagles have only lost twice and I feel they can attack the Sabers with four different guys physically. I will say Sabers thought, they have won 11 of 12.   Shakopee by 1.   2A Dawson-Boyd at Central Minnesota Christian   Prediction. Last time the Jacks won by 18 points. I think with this being at CMC and CMC playing better (winners of 15 of their last 16) that the game will be close but I still think the Jacks take it.   DB by 10.   7A Hills-Beaver Creek at 9A RTR   Prediction. Man, don't look now, but everybody's favorite pest is playing well once again and back in the top 10! Yep, that is RTR. The Knights have also won 15 of 16 and they are at home. Last time HBC won by a score, this time, RTR gets em   RTR by 4.   Sauk Rapids-Rice at Fergus Falls   Prediction. This did not go well the first time and I think its gonna be rough tonight as well. SRR wins as they have too much talent.   SRR by 19.   Maple Grove at 7AAAA Champlin Park   Prediction. Maple Grove is in the middle of their toughest stretch of the year - games this week with TG, Anoka and CP - and they are doing it without their best player ( B Ann). Beating Anoka was a good accomplishment but getting another win without Ann might be tough.   CP by 10.   8AA Byron at Goodhue    Prediction. Goodhue will be primed for a Class A run after the league battles they are dealing with. They are 6-7 in league play which likely becomes 6-8 tonight as Byron is starting to look not just like a state tournament team, but maybe a contender as well.   Byron by 14.   Annandale at 7AA Mora   Prediction. The Cards are starting to play in the way we thought they could! Six wins in a row, eight of ten, and now a chance for a statement victory. Can they do it? Ummmmmmmm, No. Mora's inside-out of [player_tooltip player_id='1584900' first='Gage' last='Braiedy']-[player_tooltip player_id='1535036' first='Noah' last='Oberfeld'] is too good!   Mora by 6.   Minnehaha Academy at 8AA Breck   Prediction. At some point Breck is going to find the right groove. They are playing a schedule above the AA level but they have the talent to play it, and just aren't winning enough. But they can beat the Hawks again by double digits.   Breck by 17.
