Krygier, a junior forward at Notre Dame-West Haven, has helped his team to a 15-1 record, currently ranking 2nd in Division 1. More of a combo forward, Krygier is an above the rim athlete that plays with a good motor. He's really developed his perimeter jumper this winter, showing the ability to repeatedly knock down shots from behind the arc in catch and shoot situations. He forms a potent duo with [player_tooltip player_id='2341304' first='Abdou' last='Toure'] and is capable of getting his team 20 points on any given night. He's a high IQ prospect that makes instinctive plays on both ends of the floor and can guard up and down a lineup with his combination of size, length, and strength. Notre Dame-West Haven is a favorite in a strong Division 1 and if they want to win it all, Krygier will be a key piece to the puzzle.

Parker, a senior guard at Holy Cross, has led his team to a 14-3 record, currently ranking 4th in Division 1. One of the top scorers in all of Connecticut, Parker notched his 2,000th career point earlier this year and has continued to get bucket after bucket as the season has gone on. At 6'3", he has great size on the perimeter, is a good athlete, and shows nice burst with the ball in his hands. He can score at all three levels and does a great job of getting into the paint and drawing contact to get to the free throw line. He can guard either spot in the back-court and is a blur when he can get out and play in transition. Holy Cross sits in a good spot right now and if they're going to make a push for state, Parker will have to continue to be a big time scorer every night.

Sheets, a senior guard at Manchester, has guided his team to a 17-1 record, currently ranking 1st in Division 2. A big time scorer that had a four game stretch earlier this winter where he averaged 29 points per game, Sheets shows great poise with the ball in his hands. A long and wiry athlete, he has good size on the perimeter and in-the-gym range on his jumper. He scores with the ball in his hands or as an off ball shooter, has some wiggle off the bounce, and can elevate into his jumper in the mid-range. Defensively, he uses his length to be disruptive on the ball and in passing lanes. Manchester has their eyes set on a deep run this postseason and Sheets should play a crucial role in any success they have.

Pierce, a senior guard at Bunnell, has led his team to a 15-3 record, currently ranking 2nd in Division 3. A star on the football field, Pierce is a crafty scoring guard that gets wherever he wants off the bounce. He isn't afraid of the moment, showing the ability to make big plays in big moments, scoring from all three levels in the process. He's slippery in tight spaces, has some wiggle off the bounce, and can finish in a variety of ways over size and length in the paint. Defensively, he's a tough on-ball defender that can guard in space and doesn't give anything up physically. Bunnell has had a really good season and will look to Pierce to help them keep it going in the state tournament.

Curtis, a sophomore wing at Ellington, has helped his team to a 17-0 record, currently ranking 1st in Division 4. A 20 point per game scorer, Curtis has had a breakout season, showing the ability to make plays for himself and others, while also showing improvements on the defensive end of the floor. He scores at all three levels, using his physical gifts and feel for the game to make good decisions with the ball in his hands. He has good vision as a passer, leverages his shooting as a driver, and can make plays as a scorer in the open floor. Defensively, he provides some versatility with his combination of size and length, and has had significant growth as a defensive rebounder. Ellington has relied on plenty of youth this winter and Curtis will look to keep the success going as the stat tournament begins shortly.
