2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1759904' first='Dylan' last='Stecker'] (Spirit Lake)

The future Iowa receiver was dominant against Osage, scoring 20 points on 9-13 shooting (1-1 3P, 1-3 FT) with 6 rebounds, 3 steals, and an assist. At 6-5, he has good size on the wing and is a tremendous athlete who uses his size, length, and athleticism edges to dominate the game on both ends.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='2398038' first='Ethan' last='Stecker'] (Spirit Lake)

Ethan is headed to play his college football at Iowa State, and he was just as dominant against Osage as his twin brother was, scoring 15 points on 6-10 shooting (2-4 3P, 1-2 FT) with 12 rebounds and 3 assists. Also a tremendous athlete with the size, length, and athleticism to impact the game on both ends of the floor, he was great on the glass and he and Dylan will need to be great in the substate final against Unity Christian.

2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2413626' first='Landon' last='De Stigter'] (Western Christian)

A 6-4 wing who can really shoot it, especially off the catch, De Stigter was great against Hinton, scoring 17 points on 6-9 shooting (4-7 3P) with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal. He has great size and length, and his size allows him to shoot over the defense.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1436462' first='Kaden' last='Van Regenmorter'] (Western Christian)

Arguably the best player in 2A basketball, Van Regenmorter is in complete control of the game on both ends of the floor and he was again against Hinton, scoring 16 points on 7-12 shooting with 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals. He has a tremendous feel for the game and knows how to get to his spots off the dribble.

2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2420805' first='Dylan' last='Schon'] (Kuemper Catholic)

A long, athletic 6-2 wing who can impact the game on both ends of the floor with his size and athleticism, Schon had 22 points on 9-10 shooting (1-1 3P, 3-5 FT) with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals in a blowout win over West Marshall.

2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2420792' first='Emerson' last='Kreinbrink'] (Northeast)

Kreinbrink is an undersized big man at 6-1, but he's tenacious on the glass and does a great job using his strength to carve out space in the paint. He had 14 points on 6-7 shooting (2-2 FT), 9 rebounds, 3 assists, a steal, and a block against Monticello.

2026 Sam Kline (Clarinda)

Kline was a bright spot in the Cardinals' loss to Treynor on Tuesday night, scoring 20 points on 9-16 shooting with 6 rebounds and a steal. A 6-2 forward with soft hands and good touch around the rim, he looks primed for a big senior year next season.

2025 Kellen Jensen (Ridge View)

Jensen, a 6-4 combo forward, was really good in the Raptors' 3-point loss to Manson-Northwest Webster, scoring 19 points on 8-14 shooting with 7 rebounds and 2 steals. He can score inside and out, play with or without the ball in his hands, and is strong and versatile on the defensive end.

2025 [player_tooltip player_id='1951832' first='Cael' last='Reichter'] (North Fayette Valley)

The TigerHawks controlled the game against Aplington-Parkersburg pretty much from start-to-finish, and Reichter and the next player on this list are the biggest (literally) reasons why. Reichter, who will play his college ball at Upper Iowa, was dominant on the glass and as a rim protector, finishing with 17 points, 19 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, and 4 blocks.

2025 Decklyn Heins (North Fayette Valley)

Heins gives the TigerHawks more size in the paint, a long 6-3 forward who complements Reichter well. He was also great against A-P, finishing with a highly efficient 20 points on 10-12 shooting with 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal.

2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2906478' first='Parker' last='Masteller'] (Jesup)

Masteller was dominant against a smaller Cascade team in the upset win, using his physical 6-4 frame to control the glass and the painted area on both ends of the floor. He had 20 points on 6-10 shooting (8-10 FT) with 17 rebounds and 3 assists. He and guard [player_tooltip player_id='1839807' first='Ryan' last='Treptow'] dominated the game.

2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2419800' first='Tyce' last='Van Donge'] (Unity Christian)

Van Donge, a mobile 6-3/6-4 forward with soft hands, good touch around the rim, and a great second jump, was dominant against Garner-Hayfield-Ventura. The sophomore finished with 23 points on 10-15 shooting (3-3 FT) with 14 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 blocks. His continued development is part of what makes Unity one of the most dangerous teams in the class.

2026 [player_tooltip player_id='2731896' first='Jared' last='Ciesielski'] (West Lyon)

A 6-3 wing, Ciesielski was great on both ends of the floor against Cherokee, finishing with 20 points on 8-11 shooting with 8 rebounds, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. With his size, strength, length, and athleticism, he can defend multiple positions, is great on the glass, and is a tremendous finisher at the rim.
