A smart, adaptable guard who reads the floor well and is really good in ball screens, Carter is a downhill attacking guard who finishes really well around the bucket with either hand.

(32) [player_tooltip player_id='2523897' first='Evan' last='Lillie'] | PG | Lewis Central

Lillie is small, listed at 5-6, but he has started in 14 games at a 4A school, a testament to how talented he is. He's a really good ball-handler, seemingly having the ball on a string, and he sees the floor really well. He's a talented creator who loves to get his teammates involved. He's averaging 2.9 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 3.0 assists with a 2.85 assist-to-turnover ratio.

(33) [player_tooltip player_id='2523898' first='Gianni' last='Gary'] | PG | Waterloo East

Gary might be the headliner of a really good 2028 group at Waterloo East. He's an explosive athlete with a great first step that he uses to blow by defenders and get to the rim. He's averaging 4.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.6 steals per game as a freshman.

(34) [player_tooltip player_id='2523899' first='Grant' last='Gammon'] | SG | Prairie

Prairie has a good amount of young talent coming through their program right now, and Gammon is one of those talented youngsters. A long wing with good size, he shoots it well off the catch, can post up smaller defenders, and he handles it well enough to take bigger defenders off the dribble.

(35) [player_tooltip player_id='2523902' first='Hayden' last='Buckley'] | SG | Pella

A skilled shooter who shoots it really well off the catch, Buckley can help space the floor and he does a nice job using the threat of his jumper to open up the rest of his offensive arsenal, attacking the rim off the dribble against overly aggressive closeouts.

(36) [player_tooltip player_id='2523904' first='Isaiah' last='Thomas'] | PG | Waterloo East | [program_tooltip program_id='2075630' first='Martin' last='Brothers']

Another quick guard in the Trojans backcourt, Thomas, like Gary, puts constant pressure on opposing defenses with his speed, handles, and assertiveness. He shoots it well from about 15 feet and in, getting to his spots in the mid-range and knocking down shots off the dribble.

(37) [player_tooltip player_id='2523919' first='Quinn' last='Roorda'] | PF | Pella

A talented 6-4 forward who can score inside and out, Roorda also handles the ball fairly well for a big man at this age. He can take bigger, slower defenders off the dribble and get to the rim, or he can shoot over smaller ones. He's a strong rebounder on both ends of the floor who should be a big piece for the Dutch starting next season.

(38) [player_tooltip player_id='2520083' first='McClain' last='Gorsh'] | PG | Centennial | [program_tooltip program_id='2075605' first='Kingdom' last='Hoops']

A true lead guard with a great feel for the game, Gorsh creates quality looks for himself and his teammates off the dribble and does a great job putting his teammates in positions to succeed. He shoots it well off the dribble and the catch and is really good in ball screens.

(39) [player_tooltip player_id='2523903' first='Hayden' last='Ealy'] | PG | Waukee

(40) [player_tooltip player_id='2772327' first='Tade' last='Roberts'] | PF | Hudson

Roberts, a mobile and athletic 6-4 forward, has been one of the most productive freshman in the state this season, averaging 10.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game for the Pirates. He has good touch around the rim, can occasionally step out and knock down jumpers, and has a great motor on the glass.
