[player_tooltip player_id='2132840' first='Parker' last='Robinson']: A Dual-Sport Threat with Dead-Eye Shooting

While [player_tooltip player_id='2132840' first='Parker' last='Robinson'] is widely recognized across Louisiana for his football prowess, particularly as one of the state's top quarterbacks, basketball scouts are starting to take notice of his elite shooting ability. Known as an absolute sniper on the court, Robinson's basketball performances have been somewhat streaky as he transitions back from football, but his potential is undeniable.

The 6'2" guard is a dynamic scorer who can catch fire from anywhere on the floor, making him a serious threat whenever he's on the court. His recent 24-point outing against Rayville is just a glimpse of what he's capable of as he works to get back into basketball mode. Once he's in rhythm, defenders better be on high alert because Robinson only needs a split second to launch a shot — and when he does, it's often lights out.

Willie Lyons: A Dual Threat with Elite Defense and Shooting

Willie Lyons is an exciting player to watch on the court, thanks to his ability to impact the game in two crucial areas: defense and shooting. Defensively, he's a relentless presence, using his motor and tenacity to create chaos all over the floor. Whether it's pressuring the ball or making hustle plays, Lyons is a defensive nightmare for opposing teams.

On the offensive side, Lyons is just as dangerous. His shooting stroke from beyond the arc is smooth and reliable, and he's not content with just settling for shots at the three-point line. He's more than capable of stepping back and knocking down deep, contested threes with precision. His seven three-pointer performance, where he finished with 23 points, is a perfect example of what he can do when he's locked in.

What sets Lyons apart is his unselfish play and high motor — he's always moving, always looking for ways to contribute. If defenders give him space, he'll make them pay with his sharpshooting. In a league where two-way players are highly valued, Lyons is a must-watch prospect with both the defensive grit and the offensive flair to make a major impact.

[player_tooltip player_id='1362436' first='Treylan' last='Neal'] has fully embraced his role as a wing player, and the results are proving just how dangerous he can be when he's looking for his shot. As part of one of the most formidable guard trios in the state, alongside Tylor Modica and [player_tooltip player_id='1347173' first='Jaden' last='Williams'], Neal is helping fuel a high-powered offense that's racking up big wins all over Louisiana.

In a standout performance against Bastrop, Neal poured in 29 points from the wing, showcasing his ability to score at all three levels. Whether it's attacking the rim, knocking down mid-range shots, or hitting from beyond the arc, Neal has the complete skill set to make an impact. His size, athleticism, and court awareness make him a threat every time he touches the ball, and his relentless, never-back-down mentality is what truly sets him apart.

Lebron Deal is one of the best wing players in North Louisiana, consistently putting on a scoring clinic every time he steps on the court. A strong guard with all the tools to dominate, Deal is a three-level scorer and a crafty ball handler. He scored 23 points against Carroll, but it's not unusual for him to rack up buckets. He also had a 30-point, 10-assist performance this week. Currently averaging 21 points per game, Deal is another two-sport athlete who has shed the gridiron weight and is back in prime basketball form. At the next level, he can easily transition to point guard duties for coaches seeking a high-IQ guard.

Currently ranked as the #12 player in the Class of 2025, Antron Mason may be the best two-sport athlete in the unsigned 2025 class. Dominating in both football and basketball, Mason has the offers to prove his prowess in each sport. On the basketball court, he plays with a confidence that only champions possess, looking completely at ease in every game.

Mason has grown into his body, improving his skills across the board and refining every aspect of his game. He is a two-way force, excelling on both ends of the court, and his impressive numbers — currently averaging 22 points per game — are a testament to his all-around ability. Whether in football or basketball, Mason is primed to contribute at the next level, with his combination of talent, athleticism, and work ethic making him a high-impact player.

The big question now is not whether Mason will play at the Division I level — that's all but guaranteed — but which program will win the highly coveted Antron (Trae) Mason sweepstakes? Football, basketball, or perhaps both?
