Expert Analysis
Donald Tatum | Prep Hoops Scout
Robinson is known around the state for his ability as QB1, but in North Louisiana we know that he is a legit two sport athlete and a specialist on the court. He is a gifted three point shooter, but his game is blue collar and built on efficiency. He is a steady competitor and works to make winning plays. His first round 20 point effort is just an indicator of his skill and he will surely continue to produce in the next round.

Robinson could be higher on the list, but with a loaded roster around him the opportunities to dominate the stat sheet is limited. He led his team in scoring last year with over 15 PPG and should eclipse the 20 PPG mark this season. If he is fully healthy and ready to go after a long football season, he will give Neville the player they need to make a long run in 2026. Player Comparison. JJ Reddick. Grissom Pick #7.

put on a 31 point performance tonight in a big playoff win. Robinson is sniper that trolls the perimeter and knocks down shots with precision. If he can see the rim, he can make the shot. He does not need a lot of time to get his shot off and tonight was proof. He is a dual sport athlete and equally gifted in both. QB1 can throw as well as he shoots.

is widely recognized across Louisiana for his football prowess, particularly as one of the state’s top quarterbacks, basketball scouts are starting to take notice of his elite shooting ability. Known as an absolute sniper on the court, Robinson’s basketball performances have been somewhat streaky as he transitions back from football, but his potential is undeniable.
The 6’2″ guard is a dynamic scorer who can catch fire from anywhere on the floor, making him a serious threat whenever he’s on the court. His recent 24-point outing against Rayville is just a glimpse of what he’s capable of as he works to get back into basketball mode. Once he’s in rhythm, defenders better be on high alert because Robinson only needs a split second to launch a shot — and when he does, it’s often lights out.
