Arp is an insane athlete who also excels in football as a dual threat quarterback. On the hoops court that athleticism combined with his blazing speed and serious hops make Arp an open court phenom. Arp will not hesitate to cap a fast break by flushing on an opponent's head. Additionally, Arp can pilot the fast break and then drop a dime to an open teammate. In the half-court, Arp boasts a jumper with logo distance range. He can score via straight line drives to the rim too. Earlier this season Arp dropped 27 points (3 triples) on Trinity. He also posted 23 points (2 threes) and grabbed 8 boards versus Steel High.

Aylmer is freshman starter in the Philadelphia Catholic League who is posting a stat line of 9 points, 4 dimes and 3 rebounds per contest. He is a fast guard with elusive handles who can create for himself and teammates off the bounce. His live dribbling passing is remarkable. Aylmer is also well schooled in two-man action such as DHOs and pick-n-roll. He possesses a developing 3-point shot too. Aylmer plays with a composure that is well beyond his years. In short, college coaches should be blowing up the phone of this 2028 prospect right now.

This freshman jumped right into the Raptors first five and tipped off the season by splashing 7 threes on his way to 25 points versus Samuel Fels. Since that breakout performance Loper has posted 21 points against Abington Heights as well as multiple 18-point efforts. When he is not lacing triples, Loper can use his quick first step and tight handles to score at the rim on the fast break as well as in the half-court. He is an attacking style guard who places constant pressure on opposing teams. For a 2028 his ability to finish through contact is impressive. Loper is an underrated rebounder too.

Turner earned a starting spot at Carroll and is carving out a reputation a dime dropping wizard. With his wiry frame, speed and fearless nature, Turner (4.5 ppg. and 5 apg.) slips through even the small creases in opposing defenses, forcing the help defenders to slide. Once those defenders make their move, Turner will execute a drop pass to the dunker spot or kick out to an open shooter. Turner can also use those dribble skills to get to his mid-range spots for a pull up or all the way to the cup for a lay-in. This 2028 prospect has flashed a solid 3-point stroke too. Recently Turner scored a season high 8 points (2 threes) against St. Frances (MD).
