With league play getting underway for most of the teams and the last stretch of the season starting up before playoff time starts, here are a couple top performances.

DeAndre James - Lummi Nation - 2027 - DeAndre is the premier big man for the Blackhawks, who continue to dominate at the 1B level. Lummi has scheduled many games within the Northwest Conference this season, giving the team much needed matchups before state. James is coming into his own and finding his role as he recently dropped a career high 33 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2182748' first='Hunter' last='Calloway'] - Squalicum - 2027 - With the Storm being so young and having a new coach at the helm, you knew there would be some adjustments. They have seemingly given Calloway the green light and he has stepped up in a big way for his team, leading them to wins and keeping them in games. He scores at all 3 levels and knows how to attack defenses based on what they give him. He recently dropped 32 points against Mount Baker.

[player_tooltip player_id='2132831' first='Malcolm' last='Weatherspoon'] -Mountain View - 2027 - Malcolm is coming into his own at the varsity level and showing why he's a key player for his team. He jumps out of the gym as his athleticism shows out often and with ease. He has been showing he can score the ball efficently and knock down jumpers too. He recently dropped 27 points against Union, hitting 7 threes and grabbing 10 rebounds.

[player_tooltip player_id='2375392' first='Kaiden' last='Wilson'] - Seton Catholic - 2027 - Kaiden burst onto the scene last year and showed tremendous promise for his team. He scores from all 3 levels efficiently and always puts his teammates first on the court. Wilson knows his spots on the court and has been perfecting his craft on how to score his buckets in a variety of ways. He recently set the school record for most 3's in game with 10 while also breaking the scoring record by dropping 37 that same night.

[player_tooltip player_id='1451033' first='Jaylen' last='Petty'] - Rainier Beach - 2025 - Petty is arguably the best player in this entire state and I say that with confidence. Now, many NBA players have gone and played at Beach over the past 20-25 years but now Petty can say he has the best single game performance in the rich history of this school. Petty went crazy against Nathan Hale, dropping an astounding 61 points, 15 assists, and a crazy 15 steals on the night as Beach almost broke the 140 point scored mark.
