Hoop Group Boardwalk Showcase: Frontcourt Standouts

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On Saturday, January 11th, Hoop Group hosted their annual Boardwalk Showcase, this year at Georgian Court University. This year's showcase featured matchups between Manasquan and Christian Brothers Academy, St. Rose and Gill St. Bernard's and lastly, Central Regional and Red Bank Regional. Finishing plays at the rim in transition, attacking the rim on drives in the half court, cutting to open space, and hitting shots from behind the three point line were all different ways Hodge was able to score the ball against Gill St. Bernard's. Hodge finished the game with 20 points. Knocking down an open three pointer, finishing looks at the rim, and knocking down free throws were all ways Fuerbacher was able to contribute offensively. Riley was also effective rebounding the basketball and being an active defender, finishing the game with 6 rebounds, 1 block, and 3 steals.
