Class 4A Section 3: Teams Records/Rankings and Prospects

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Apple Valley 12-1 (6)</h2>   <p>Read about [player_tooltip player_id='1560866' first='Camare'' last='Young'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2271330' first='Trey' last='Parker'] <a href="https://prephoops.com/2025/01/2024-25-season-mid-point-surprises-and-more/">here</a>.</p>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2760107' first='Justin' last='Cowan'] - The six-foot-two-inch 2025 guard from Apple Valley is a one heck of a ball handler. Cowan is fast and quick on his feet, and has really good foot work paired with some nice fakes around the rim. Cowan is a relentless attacker of the basket as a slasher.</p>    <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2460586' first='Ryan' last='Christiansen'] - The six-foot-four-inch 2026 forward offers Apple Valley a D1 baseball prospect. He's already committed to the U of Minnesota. </p>   <p>Julian Carter - Carter is a 2025 six-foot-six-inch forward that gives the Eagles rim defense and rebounding.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Eagan 10-4 (10) </h2>   <p>The Eagan team I've covered a bit here, and a few of their players through the season so far.</p>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1560747' first='Alex' last='Schroepfer'], <a href="https://prephoops.com/2025/01/10-2026-prospects-impressing-this-weekend/">here</a>, [player_tooltip player_id='1552751' first='Michael' last='McKenzie'], <a href="https://prephoops.com/2025/01/10-2026-prospects-impressing-this-weekend/">here</a>.</p>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2118833' first='Kevin' last='Kemp'] - The six-foot-seven-inch 2026 forward for Eagan is very active rim runner and uses his body and height well around the rim. Has soft hands around the rim and can finish off two feet above the rim.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Hastings 10-4 (28)</h2>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1560773' first='Matthew' last='Foss'] - Foss is a six-foot-one-inch 2026 junior guard from Hastings scoring 15 points a game and has made multiple 3-pointers in at least 8 games. Foss is a solid athlete, smart ball handler, and good outside shooter. Runs the point position for Hastings and leads and pushes them. On the Prep Hoops Circuit he was the main starter and engine of the offense for WOTN Foley.</p>    <p>Lukas Foss - Lukas is a six-foot-three-inch 2025 senior forward that weighs 220 pounds, he's a solid front-court guy that is averaging 12 points per game. Good feet in the post, and soft hands, as a quarterback in football he has good vision and passes well.</p>   <p>Marlowe Strain - Strain is a six-foot-three-inch 2027 wing that is a solid athlete, and good floor runner. Ability to finish above the rim, and is a hard attacker. Strain has scored in double figures 7 times with a season high of 16 points versus Rochester John Marshall. He is averaging 10.4 points per game.</p>    <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2398951' first='Brady' last='Hendrickson'] - Hendrickson is a 2028 freshman five-foot-eleven-inch guard averaging 4.7 points per game. Hendrickson has an effortless 3-point shooting stroke and seems to really add a floor spacer for Hastings. </p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rosemount 4-9 (42)</h2>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2126455' first='Peyton' last='Gholson']  - The 2027 sophomore guard is averaging 13 points per game with 6 recorded games. Gholson put together a full game versus Farmington with 15 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, 3 assists and 2 steals, and had a similar game versus Eagan filling up the stat sheet. </p>    <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1560861' first='Mayon' last='Dixon'] - The 2026 six-foot-two-inch guard is a good athlete and fast. Runs track and plays football as well as basketball. Gives Rosemount a player who can create his own shot off the dribble.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Park 7-7 (46)</h2>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2422764' first='Anthony' last='Giadyu'] - The 2025 senior guard is up to 20 points per game. Read more <a href="https://prephoops.com/2024/12/2025-prospect-performing-at-holiday-tournaments/">here</a>.</p>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1617784' first='Miskir' last='Esayas'] - The six-foot-one-inch 2025 senior Esayas in two of his last three games hit 5 3-pointes versus Roseville and 6 3-pointers versus Forest Lake. He's averaging 16 points in 7 recorded games with a season high of 28 points in that 6 made 3-pointer performance.</p>   <p>Aaron Sadin - The 2026 six-foot-two-inch guard has made 13 3-pointers in his last 3 games with a high of 19 points versus Roseville. Sadin does well on the perimeter as a spacer moving into spots for Giadyu and Esayas to drive and find him. </p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Eastview 4-10 (49)</h2>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1560881' first='Ja'carion' last='Green'] - The 2026 six-foot-four-inch wing from Eastview is averaging 17.5 points so far.  Green put up a massive 34 point, 4 rebound, 4 assist, and 5 steal performance in a 72-70 tight loss to Lakeville North on January 13th. Versus Waconia the game prior Green scored 26 points and grabbed 11 boards while swiping 4 steals. </p>    <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2140646' first='Justice' last='Demarco'] - The 2027 guard Demarco put together a 13 point scoring game versus Waconia and in win versus Burnsville Demarco put together a complete line of 8 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks. Demarco's 3-point shooting and doing the little stuff could give him more and more minutes for the Lightning.</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Burnsville 2-11 (50)</h2>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1617696' first='Charlie' last='Pettis'] - Pettis is a  2025 guard averaging 17 points per game for Burnsville. Lefty can shoot it a bit from the perimeter and attacks the basket.</p>   <p>Charlie McDevitt - McDevitt is a six-foot-six-inch 2027 stretch forward with some good passing ability and has some outside shooting ability. </p>   <p><a href="https://twitter.com/cmcdevitt326/status/1871235276594659699">https://twitter.com/cmcdevitt326/status/1871235276594659699</a></p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Bloomington Jefferson 4-9 (59)</h2>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2103381' first='Marcus' last='Horton'] - Horton is a six-foot-one-inch combo guard that's averaging 17.8 points a game for the Jaguars with 6 games recorded. Horton spends most of his time on the perimeter and can play with the ball or without. </p>    <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2126170' first='Isaac' last='Feller'] - Feller is a six-foot-one-inch 2027 guard for the Jaguars that's averaging 16 points a game. Recently versus Chaska Feller knocked down 4 triples on his way to scoring 33 points. Feller's quick release even when guarded close really gives him an advantage on the perimeter.</p>
