2025 Unsigned: Seniors of the Top Ten

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Historically in Louisiana at this point of the year, there would have been a number of senior signings in basketball. Now, due to the new NJCAA rules and the NCAA transfer rules, senior signings are not as big anymore. Even with the new rules and not knowing what the landscape will bring, Louisiana has a talented senior class. Our top ten is among that group. In this look at the unsigned 2025, we will take a look at the remainder of the top ten. He has topped the 30 point mark four times and has led his team to an 11-3 mark. Lucas is a two-way player who can defend on the perimeter and block shots at the rim if need be. He is a small yet explosive off guard who can shoot, score, and playmake. Xavier can finish above the rim in transition or score off a set in the half court. He is one of the most gifted defenders in the state in that he can literally defend all five positions. Offensively, he can score in the mid-range and with his back to the basket. Chris is as good as it gets offensively and defensively. Jones can play both guard positions and defend both of them as well. He can create plays for others and he can take over if he needs to. Jones has also won a state title so he knows how to win big games. He is now a member of the Mississippi Private school league showing his skills there. Murphy can shoot, rebound, facilitate, and defend. His basketball IQ is also off the charts which makes him a player who can play virtually anywhere and thrive. He can handle the ball by putting it on the floor and attacking the rim from either wing. Along with that, he can nail a jumper from anywhere. His scoring combination makes him a player that is hard to defend. They have various sets of skills but ones that can translate to helping teams on the next level.
