He is very accustomed to running the high pick-and-roll and finding teammates on the wing. So, if he is pressed into duty as the lead guard, it is not unfamiliar territory.

McCurry has continued to improve as a scorer and defender during his high school career. He has always been a high level shooter and can heat up quickly. Now, he is better at attacking from the perimeter and scoring in the mid-range. His ability to score on multiple levels makes him dangerous all over the offensive end.
