Frakes would have a very legitimate argument to be even higher. There may be no more explosive athlete in the state than this young man. The Oregon commit is a truly special player and prospect. Frakes is a true multi level scoring threat. He can shoot over a closeout and get off his feet fast and explode above the rim on a finish.

[player_tooltip player_id='2053470' first='Deuce' last='Weston'] is a player that deserves way more publicity. This young man can flat out play. He showed up to the Prep Hoops Michigan Expo and put on a show. I think Weston is one of the better pure ball handlers and passers that the state of Michigan has to offer.

This is an obvious one in my opinion. The young man is and always has been talented, but his rate of improvement is out of this world. James just keeps getting better and is doing it quickly. This is a great sign for coaches at the next level. James has provided evidence that he'll keep working and keep improving when he moves to college ball.

Can you have the start to the season that Hinkle has had and not move up? Honestly, he should probably move up more. Hinkle has been nothing short of lights out this year. He's simply shot the lights out, showing that his jumper is a game changer. He's been a bulldog on defense as well.

Silkworth is an impressive player that deserves any next level look that he gets. He's not the tallest forward in the state, but really, just watch him play. Silkworth is a physically strong player that already has a next level frame. This allows him to play much bigger than his height. Silkworth moves well with good feet and athletic ability.
