Not all superheroes wear capes, but with the way that Frakes flies through the air, I’ll bet that he does. Frakes might be the best pure athlete in the state regardless of Division. In Division 2, if he gets in the open floor consistently, who’s going to stop him?

Frakes would have a very legitimate argument to be even higher. There may be no more explosive athlete in the state than this young man. The Oregon commit is a truly special player and prospect. Frakes is a true multi level scoring threat. He can shoot over a closeout and get off his feet fast and explode above the rim on a finish.

If there was a state of Michigan slam dunk contest, I’d be willing to guarantee that Frakes was a finalist, at the least. If you want to watch an air show in high school ball this season, check out Frakes and Berrien Spring. He not only gets off the ground, but he can stay off of it as well.

Frakes is just going to be so hard for almost all high school teams to match up with. He has good positional size and strength and is one of the best above the rim finishers in the state. His highlight reel and stat sheet could be eye-popping this year.

Frakes is a highlight reel waiting to happen when he walks in a gym. Frakes gives off that aura of “I’m going to do something amazing” when he hits the floor. Frakes is one of the most explosive above the rim finishers in the state.

Frakes is a highlight reel waiting to happen. He’s a powerful above the rim finisher with 1 or 2 hands.

Frakes is the real deal as a player and  prospect and he showed just why against Parchment. He was a true 3 level scorer that did it with a pure jumper and athleticism. Frakes shot in rhythm off the catch from well beyond the arc. He showed the ability to create looks from the mid range, burying a tough fadeaway jumper. Frakes also finished emphatically at the rim with a lob dunk.
