PG [player_tooltip player_id='1381415' first='Trey' last='McKowen'] (Kennedy)
The move: 8 to 6

Following a number of losses to graduation, Kennedy needed McKowen to take his game to another level and he has done just that. One of the best offensive players in the state, regardless of position or class, he's averaging over 24 points and 5.6 assists a game on 52-40-89 shooting splits. His constant start-and-stop with the ball in his hands is extremely difficult for opposing defenders to contend with, and his mid-range game is nearly automatic.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='1381425' first='Mason' last='Watkins'] (West Burlington)
The move: 10 to 7

The future North Florida guard has been sensational in his senior year, taking over as not only the Falcons go-to scorer but also their top playmaker. He's averaging 28.7 points and 5.8 assists a game on 59-42-78 shooting splits, showcasing his ability to play with or without the ball in his hands, create great looks for his teammates, and play solid defense on-and-off the ball.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1759905' first='Luke' last='Frazell'] (Waverly-Shell Rock)
The move: 16 to 12

Frazell is an ELITE shotmaker, and he has continued to be just that despite having to be bullet points number one, two, three, four, and five on opposing game plans. With his size (6-6), shooting (45.8 3P%), and improved ball-handling and shot creation off the dribble, he's extremely difficult to slow down and should be high on the boards of Division II programs in the Midwest.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='1759902' first='Kayvion' last='Hodges'] (Muscatine)
The move: 19 to 13

Hodges is one of the state's elite defenders, possessing great length, lateral movement, and the bounce to protect the rim against bigger defenders. He can defend one through five at this level, and probably two through four at the next level. In addition to his fantastic defense, he has taken his offensive game to another level with the Muskies, averaging 19 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.9 assists.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1759897' first='Kyle' last='Cason'] (Dallas Center-Grimes)
The move: 33 to 26

Cason was a key piece of back-to-back state title teams at Valley before transferring to DCG for his senior year, in part to become the go-to weapon on the offensive end. He has been just that for the Mustangs, averaging 23.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game on over 50% shooting. A skilled wing who can score form all three levels, he can play with or without the ball in his hands as well as defend a few different spots on the floor.

SF [player_tooltip player_id='2397255' first='Cole' last='Odefey'] (Bettendorf)
The move: 36 to 27

Taking over as Bettendorf's leading scorer this season, Odefey has thrived, averaging 18.6 points and 8.2 rebounds on 44-42-80 shooting splits. A good athlete with strength, toughness, and a pure stroke off both the dribble and the catch, he provides versatility on both ends of the floor.

PF [player_tooltip player_id='2442409' first='Jang' last='Ruei'] (Sioux City East)
The move: 37 to 31

Defensive versatility has been a common theme among the players who have seen their stock rise in these rankings, and Ruei is another one of those weapons. A tremendous athlete with great length, he's averaging 2.6 blocks and 1.6 steals per game to go with 11.5 points and 7.9 rebounds. He runs the floor hard and finishes with authority above the rim.

PF [player_tooltip player_id='1951832' first='Cael' last='Reichter'] (North Fayette Valley)
The move: 40 to 32

The 6-7 big man is putting up truly insnae numbers for the TigerHawks in his senior year, averaging 30.0 points, 15.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.1 blocks on 70-50-62 shooting splits. He's a dominant two-way player who can score inside and out, create plays for his teammates with his ball-handling and ability to see over the defense, and his defensive versatility.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1759953' first='Keegan' last='Steege'] (Cedar Falls)
The move: 79 to 38

Steege is only the fourth leading scorer for the top-ranked team in the state, but that doesn't even come close to showing the incredible impact that he has had on both ends of the floor. He's shooting 50% from the 3-point line, dishing out 3.6 assists a game, and is a fantastic on-ball defender. He can make a quick impact at a small school at the next level with his ability to make open shots and stick to his man defensively.

SG [player_tooltip player_id='1436496' first='Dylan' last='Marquart'] (Dunkerton)
The move: 44 to 39

Marquart continues to steadily rise up the rankings in the 2025 class by continuing to add little pieces to his game that have helped turn him from a catch-and-shoot marksmen into an all-around offensive weapon who can score from all three levels as well as create quality looks for his teammates.
