PHI has released our penultimate edition of the 2025 prospect rankings. This mid-season update reflects where prospects stand halfway through their senior years. We dive into it from all angles including here in 2025 Rankings: PG/Combo Stock Risers!

Blake Fagbemi (Benet)

Fagbemi is the leader of one of the best teams in the state. His leadership qualities and intangibles are off the charts. He knows how to win games and make the key plays that lead to victories. Excellent passer that makes the right decisions off live ball dribbles finding his shooters and big men alike. Can score it with soft touch finishes and pull ups.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385307' first='Cameron' last='Thomas'] (Mt. Carmel)

Thomas is a strong bodied combo guard who has had a remarkably consistent senior campaign to date. Broad shouldered downhill slasher that can get to the rim with force. Explosive with the ball and has been one of the big reasons for Mt. Carmel's team success.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385290' first='Amari' last='Edwards'] (Kenwood)

Edwards made the move over from Phillips to Kenwood for his senior campaign and has been an instant success for the Broncos. He is perfect compliment to [player_tooltip player_id='2125612' first='Devin' last='Cleveland'] with his shot making from three as a smaller guard that can provide deep shooting.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105305' first='Dominick' last='Ducree'] (Fenwick)

Ducree has been the x-factor for Fenwick during their outstanding first half of the season. He is a 6'0” point guard that can really shoot it from mid-range and three. Plats with speed and uses his handles to get in the lane.

[player_tooltip player_id='2724195' first='Dillon' last='Orozco'] (Hinsdale Central)

This Hinsdale Central left handed guard is a slick ball handler that is creative scoring in the lane flying by defenders and getting out in transition. Puts pressure on the rim for scores.

Jayvaughn Robinson (Danville)

Robinson was outstanding with his play in his final run at the Pontiac Holiday Tournament. He has been on the radar for a long time, but it was his play there that solidified his status as a legit high end small college prospect. The quick guard can shoot it well from three off the catch along with creating on his own. Active defender, creative layup maker, and good passer.

[player_tooltip player_id='2724226' first='King' last='Dees'] (Decatur MacArthur)

Dees had a breakout performance at the Collinsville Holiday Tournament in the consolation championship game where the 6'2” combo guard took over with his explosive drives and hitting twos and threes with a feathery touch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1766498' first='Kamren' last='Wires'] (Quincy)

Wires is a big time small college prospect with his leadership and ability to get others involved. He is a quick and shifty point guard that would much rather get others involved than score on his own. He can push in the open floor for layups and soft touch finishes.
