In my opinion, there was not a bigger game in the state on Tuesday night than Crown Point vs East Chicago Central. In the end, it was the Bulldogs who got the win 80-54 to improve to 2-0 on the year. While it was a hyped up game, it ended up being real lopsided. 2026 guard [player_tooltip player_id='1561016' first='Bryce' last='Peters'] led the Bulldogs with 23 points with [player_tooltip player_id='1561617' first='Dikembe' last='Shaw'] adding 15 points, [player_tooltip player_id='1561445' first='Mason' last='Darrell'] adding 14 points, and [player_tooltip player_id='1561063' first='Kingston' last='Rhodes'] dropping 11 points. [player_tooltip player_id='1561120' first='Jamarie' last='Pollard'] had 15 points and [player_tooltip player_id='1297020' first='Dominique' last='Murphy Jr'] had 14 points for ECC. This was ECC's second loss in row and now they sit at 3-2. Crown Point has a neutral site game vs Fort Wayne Wayne on 12/14.

In a cross-state matchup, the state of Indiana was able to come out victorious thanks to Evansville Memorial. On Tuesday night, we got to see the Evansville Memorial Tigers in action for the first time this season as they hosted Kentucky High School, Owensboro Catholic. The Tigers were able to successfully defend homecourt with a 60-44 win. For the Tigers, it was [player_tooltip player_id='1539999' first='Luke' last='Ellspermann'] had a outstanding 25 points with help from [player_tooltip player_id='2053670' first='Asher' last='Evans'] with 13, [player_tooltip player_id='1560950' first='Dylen' last='Kendrick'] with 9 and Simon Schulz also with 9.
Big night from Demarcus Barr keeps Fort Wayne South win streak alive

The Fort Wayne South Archers may be one of the more underrated teams in Class 4A. Last night, they improved to 4-0 on the season with a 78-52 win over Leo. It was senior guard Demarcus Barr who stood out on the night with a 26 point showing to lead the Archers to the win. For Leo, it was senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1539759' first='Solomon' last='Richard'] who had a nice showing of 16 points. The Leo Lions are now 2-2 on the year. South has a trip to Fort Wayne North on Friday.
