Young is a glue guy for this Westerville North and it showed in the second half for the Warriors. They came out and had a huge second half specifically the third quarter as they got themselves back in the game and it was Young that did it. He was great in the full-court trap defense. He applied great ball pressure and got a ton of off-ball steals. He has a good strong physical frame that makes his slashing ability tough to stop. He knows where to be on the court at all times.

Brown displayed something I think will be an issue for most teams to deal with this season. He is a 6'5 guard that most will not be able to guard due to the size of this Pioneers squad. His size was a mismatch most of the game. He got to the rim easily and got many second-chance points. He was finishing over and through contact. He is a walking mismatch and it showed against a guard-heavy Westerville North squad.

Smith stirs the drink for Upper Arlington. His size and skill allow him to always have an impact on the game. Hilliard Bradley was seen playing a 2-3 zone most of the game, and I think it was due to Smith's size. When he had to play more on the perimeter, he made plays for others. In the second half, you could see the mismatch of his size with him getting to the free-throw line a lot.

Gregg is one of the most physical players I have seen. He is listed at 6'2 but plays much bigger. He came into the game and had an immediate impact on the glass and with second-chance points. He had a big presence with his physical and tough play. He is not the best athlete but he has great skill and wears opponents down.

Sever is the senior for this young Hilliard Bradley squad. He is the leader by example for this Jaguars team. He is a super tough and high-motor kid. He had a ton of physical finishes through contact. He has an edge to him when he plays that you can tell his younger teammates feed off of. He has a ton of heart. I like what he brings to this Hilliard Bradley squad.
