SAN DIEGO — The 34th edition of The Holiday Classic brought together some of the state's top programs along with talented prospects and squads from outside of California. We were in the gym Saturday for the National/American Division action at Torrey Pines high school and below we break down the impact wings we saw.

[player_tooltip player_id='1702936' first='Andrew' last='Hilman'] | 2026 | Archbishop Riordan

Hilman is a valuable two-way impact player who consistently guards the opponent's best perimeter player and has the size, length, athleticism and defensive IQ to guard multiple positions. The 6-foot-4 junior is a dynamic slasher and finisher in transition and half-court offense and finished with a game-high 20 points to lead Riordan into the National Division championship game with a 60-53 win over Father Judge (PA).

BJ Davis-Ray | 2025 | JSerra

Davis-Ray, a transfer from Duncanville in Texas, has added a versatile piece to both ends of the floor for the Lions. The 6-foot-6 senior is a skilled creator and shot-maker with the feel vision and passing IQ to play a point-forward type of role when needed. Davis-Ray finished with 17 points and four assists in JSerra's semifinal win over Carlsbad.

[player_tooltip player_id='1956471' first='Brannon' last='Martinsen'] | 2026 | JSerra

Martinsen made a statement in just his second official game in a JSerra uniform as he dropped 27 points to help the Lions get past Carlsbad and into the National Division championship game. The 6-foot-6 junior, who transferred from Trinity League rival Mater Dei, is a skilled lefty who can knock down three-point and mid-range jumpers off the catch and create for himself and teammates off the bounce.

Breylon Webb | 2026 | O'Dea (WA)

Webb is a fluid, mobile, wiry and bouncy wing who stretched the floor to the three-point line, slashed his way to the rim in transition and also used the bounce to blow past defenders in the half-court and score at the rim. Webb flashed some defensive prowess, as well, as he used his length to protect the rim and his lateral athleticism when switching on to and containing guards. Webb finished with 23 points and five blocked shots in a win over St. Mary's of Arizona

[player_tooltip player_id='1384447' first='Jasir' last='Rencher'] | 2025 | Archbishop Riordan

Rencher is one of the state's premier wing athletes and his versatility as a defender is what makes him a high level high school player. The 6-foot-5 senior, who is committed to Texas A&M, had a number of explosive slashes and finishes in transition and half-court offense and used his length and lateral speed to pressure ball handlers and take the opponent out of their offense. Rencher didn't have his best offensive night but finished with 12 points as Riordan advanced to the National Division championship game.

[player_tooltip player_id='1563823' first='Jeremiah' last='Jackson'] | 2026 | St. Xavier (KY)

Jackson put together one of the best offensive performances of the day. The 6-foot-4 junior scored 31 points and knocked down six three-pointers as the Kentucky-based squad took down Eastside Catholic. Jackson is a physical and explosive wing whose combination of strength and physicality allows him to score in a variety of ways in the half-court.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323686' first='JJ' last='Harris'] | 2025 | Windward

As we've noted over the last few months, Harris has steadily gotten better and better since coming off of an injury in the fall and he's starting to put his game all together. The 6-foot-5 wing scored 27 points and knocked down six three-pointers to help Windward defeat St. Augustine. Harris, an unsigned senior, has all the tools and intangibles to become an impact player at high Division II or low Division I player with a few more years of development.
