Cisse is a significant and exciting addition to the 2026 rankings. His debut to the rankings lands him at #23 overall. The 6'1" point guard is a new member of the O'Gorman team and he's a key reserve to start off the season. Kamden possesses ELITE movement and quickness on the court. He's easily one of the top athletes in the state when it comes to fluidity on the court. His movement allows him to defend on and off the ball quite easily. He can pressure the ball and beat the ball-handler to their spot. He can get off the ground and has elite verticality to sky up for rebounds at a high point and comes up with offensive boards at a highly consistent rate. He's always earning O'Gorman extra possessions. Although not a starter for the guard-heavy O'Gorman team, Cisse is easily a college-level prospect. He will be with [program_tooltip program_id='2075843' first='Network' last='Elite Basketball'] in the offseason to show his capabilities.

I think Cisse has top 15-20 upside in this class.

Chapman is a starting wing/4 on Jefferson's JV team. He doesn't quite have the physicality yet to be a varsity difference-maker. But he's super lengthy and can run and jump. I think he has upside and a college program could bring him on to develop him quickly and see what happens. Chapman is currently on the watchlist until I see more and can comfortably rank him.

Paye is the starting point guard for Dell Rapids and a solid addition to the rankings. He's a left-handed point that has the ball on a string. He handles ball-pressure and can separate with his handle to give himself space. He also can stop on a dime with his handle. He can score and hit shots, with a smooth mid-range pull-up game. I have him opening the season with 19 and 17 point games, by memory. Knockdown three-point shooter to round things off.

Divis is extremely lengthy at 6'6”. He's pretty frail physically, but he seems to move around fairly well. He's a bench rotation guy that I've seen limited times, but have noticed he works for positioning, will block out, and is a rim-protector with his long arms. We may be a little to high on him currently, but he does offer some upside.

Lane's role for AA Douglas is that of backup point guard behind [player_tooltip player_id='2288281' first='Isaiah' last='Brewer']. I saw him on JV as a Sophomore last season and he stood out to me. He's not very big physically but he is skilled with the ball. He can handle ball pressure and is a good passer that does a good job at finding open teammates, making the right and easy pass.
