Paye, the left-handed point guard has such great poise and control with the ball in his hands on the court. An elite handle and has the ball on a string. He pounds the ball hard and is quick and explosive with his ball-handling. This gives him a slight advantage when taking his first step off the drive. His explosion off the drive was better than I thought and he’s able to gain more separation than I had realized. Against quick guards, he still does get stopped and halted when trying to blow by.

Paye is the starting point guard for Dell Rapids and a solid addition to the rankings. He’s a left-handed point that has the ball on a string. He handles ball-pressure and can separate with his handle to give himself space. He also can stop on a dime with his handle. He can score and hit shots, with a smooth mid-range pull-up game. I have him opening the season with 19 and 17 point games, by memory. Knockdown three-point shooter to round things off.
