He was scrapping for putback buckets, beating guys off the dribble, and was feasting out of the pick & roll to get high percentage looks at the rim. Did a great job of playing off two feet which allowed him to go up balanced and finish through contact at a high percentage. Also stretched the floor with a corner three on his way to 23 points.

Caleb had a handful of impressive assists in the win for South St. Paul on Monday night. The 2025 guard plays with a bit of flair, and found success creating for himself and his teammates off the bounce. Hit a couple of threes, showed quick hands on defense, and was dangerous as a pick & roll ball handler. There are times where he gets caught trying to do too much off the dribble which can lead to mistakes, but he made up for it with some big plays in the win.

Though still a bit of a raw prospect, you simply can't teach Jahnial's physical tools. Standing at 6'7 with a long, and athletic frame, he physically fits the profile of a next level forward. Throughout the game he showed he can impact a game defensively, blocking 3 or 4 shots while doing a nice job of sliding his feet to contest at the rim. Ran the floor hard in transition, showed some shooting touch with a three point make, and competed on the glass on both ends.

With all of the talent around him on BSM, Kendre doesn't have to be a big numbers scorer. Instead, he seems to be embracing his role as a scrappy rebounder and energy guy. He put together a strong first half that helped his team build an early lead, sprinting the floor in transition and battling for offensive rebounds. That effort on the glass led to some putback buckets, and he showed good strength to power his way through contact. Did a nice job of using his length to disrupt on the defensive end, and slid in to draw a charge. He finished with 11 points in the win.

TJ has done a great job of slotting himself into a BSM team that already featured a couple of big name prospects. Early on this season he has done a great job of finding his shots within the flow of the offense, and not forcing his game. TJ was dangerous catching out of the high-post and hitting a quick turnaround jumper, and also posed a threat from three off the catch. Out in transition he's so tough to stop because he has explosive athleticism to finish above the rim, and the strength/body control to go straight through guys to score through contact. Defensively he covered a lot of ground with his length and agility and really plugged up any potential driving lanes for Breck.

There weren't many bright spots on the tough loss for Breck last night, but Dungey did have a few nice moments. The 2026 guard plays with impressive change of pace, mixing in shot-fakes and hesitation moves to beat defenders to get to his spots. Shot maker who has really been developing into a three level scoring threat. The game is starting to slow down for him, and with that has come improved vision and decision making on the offensive end. Also starting to find ways to use his length to disrupt on the defensive end.

Jalen continues to be one of the most efficient scorers in the state of Minnesota. He consistently puts himself into the right spots to quickly catch and finish, and his combination of strength, touch, and size at 6'7 allows him to score nearly every good look he gets. Last night against Breck he finished with a game high 21 points, hitting a three, throwing dunk a dunk in transition, and going to work out of the block. Helped BSM pick up another impressive win early in the season.
