You heard it here first, these players are going to move the needle in their high school programs whether its sooner or later. While these may not be the most hyped players in this group, they have all caught our eye at one time or another and made the initial 2028 ranking list. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2621979' first='Swisher' last='Boggess'] is a rising point guard who is gonna find his way into playing time asap. Boggess is impressive in his feel for the game and his ability to recognize every situation and adapt. A sharp shooting point guard, but with excellent point guard skill and tendencies, Boggess will make his mark at the varsity level whether it be this year or not. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2444054' first='Landon' last='Preece'] & [player_tooltip player_id='2444055' first='Colton' last='Preece'] are both much anticipated forwards coming into the Wayne County basketball program. Wayne's combination of youth and talent has allowed for a rising program to start churning out recruiting prospects starting with the coach's son [player_tooltip player_id='1413972' first='Isaac' last='Meddings']. The Preece twins will instantly add much needed size and depth for the Pioneer's program.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2426358' first='Lucas' last='Bowen'] is coming into the Point Pleasant program as a guard with much energy and high motor as well as a decisive playmaker. Bowen's developmental plane is one that points to him being a very good player in years to come with his skill attributes and intangibles. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2554055' first='Cam' last='Kellar'] is a St Joseph's freshman who's sure to be a multi-sport standout. Kellar is an athletic guard with great instincts and feel for the game. Kellar also has great size for an incoming freshman which pairs nicely with his athletic ability. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2425399' first='Roe' last='Maston'] is a long rangy wing/forward coming into the St. Mary's program this year. Maston gives the Devils immediate help with size and rebounding which they badly need, as well as a high IQ player who can guard a couple positions.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2633414' first='Austin' last='Peck'] is coming off of an outstanding middle school career as well as AAU season and entering the Silver Knights program as a possible option at point guard. It'll be an uphill battle with several upperclassmen ahead of him but nonetheless Peck will continue to develop and be ready when called. </p>
