We have expanded the rankings to 200 players and each of those players have accomplished plenty already on the hardwood, and each also looks forward to making another strong statement this winter.

Several players made big jumps in the updated rankings. Below is a quick look at the six players who made the biggest advancements among the top 100.

Previous Ranking: 48
New Ranking: 38

A guy who can play inside and outside, Daly has very good presence on the court with the ball in his hands. He makes good decisions for both himself and his teammates thanks to his high basketball IQ, passing and shooting skills. His length and versatility make it difficult for opponents to keep him in check and is coming off a sophomore season where he averaged 15.5 points and 7.2 rebounds at New London. Daly is the lone returning starter for the Bulldogs, but he alone makes coach Zach Molner's squad dangerous in the Bay Conference.

Previous Ranking: 161
New Ranking: 39

Colbert's ascent up the rankings is due to his impressive talent, but also to the fact he has become a more visible player in his class. He had a very good club season with [program_tooltip program_id='2076433' first='Kevon' last='Looney Power 5'] and then performed exceptionally well at the Prep Hoops Fall Showcase in Appleton. His athleticism is off the charts and his explosiveness off the bounce also is a big plus for the Golda Meir point guard. Colbert figures to rise even further up the rankings in the future, particularly if he can show he can consistently knock down perimeter shots. Colbert averaged 16.6 points and 5.0 rebounds as a sophomore, helping Golda Meir to a 13-12 record under the guidance of coach/father, Emmitt Colbert.

Previous Ranking: 78
New Ranking: 70

Whether he's scoring in transition, from outside the three-point arc or off of offensive rebounds, Baxter is a bucket getter for Peshtigo. His size, length, skill and aggressiveness make him a touch player to defend in the Packerland Conference. Baxter also tests his game in the offseason, playing for a very good [program_tooltip program_id='2078394' first='Team' last='1848'] program and attending numerous camps and showcases. The three-year varsity performer for coach Jason Boucher averaged 21.0 points and 8.2 rebounds as a sophomore, helping the Bulldogs to a 13-13 record.

Previous Ranking: 81
New Ranking: 71

One of the elite players in the Cloverbelt East Conference, Hoeser is a player with size who can score facing up to the basket or with his back to the hoop in the post. He possesses good physical strength and a solid understanding of the game and how he can positively impact the outcome for his squad. Hoeser played alongside four seniors a year ago so his numbers of 12.6 ppg and 5.6 rpg aren't all that eye popping. But he will be the go-to player for coach Mike Gaier and the Warriors in 2024-25 so those averages figure to soar.

Previous Ranking: 92
New Ranking: 81

One of the better players in the always-tough Classic Eight Conference, Evenson appears poised for a breakout season for coach Dan LaValle and the Wolverines. After a solid showing on the club circuit over the summer, Evenson appears to have the required confidence to succeed against very good competition. As a sophomore, Evenson started for a young team at Waukesha West and he averaged 15.5 points and 2.7 rebounds. He is one of four key returning players and will play an enormous role as the Wolverines set out to improve upon an 8-18 record.

Previous Ranking: 139
New Ranking: 100

Waiting your turn, developing your game and keeping your nose to the grindstone are common traits for a very good Franklin program. After coming off the bench as a sophomore, it's now Misslich's turn to step up and become a dependable scorer and defender for coach Tyler Podoll's squad. And based on his strong showings in leagues and tournaments over the fall, it appears Misslich is ready to tackle that role with aggression. He has very good strength, and the ability to score off the dribble and from the perimeter.
