National Absurdity Day has arrived. It's a day to embrace the crazy and the odd. Yesterday we looked at 5 seniors that we think are going to have seasons so good it's absurd. The creative guard has some very real talent that has developed around him, so I think his scoring AND assist numbers will be very impressive this season.

Find a weakness in Edlund's game, I dare you. First of all, he's a true 3 level scorer that can shoot, find lanes to the rim, as well as play with finesse. But he can also run the point and initiate the offense at an elite level. Eklund can start the offense working off the bounce and with the pass.

I've already singled out Johnson and his potential for a big season before, but let's drive the point home. Johnson has positional size, and a skill set to go with it, that just doesn't happen every day. The consistent development of his jumper and ball skills could put him in line for an impressive season.

Gugle is a great example of small school with a huge game. At the high school level, he can probably guard 4 positions, at least. That versatility bodes well for the next level. Gugle is an athletic wing that can get off the ground in a hurry. He can finish at the rim in transition and is an underrated shooter.

Scouts and coaches - Remember this name! He'll be an upperclassman and I think his game will really shine. Hubbard has always been a talented wing. He works without the ball in the half court and can get out in the open floor and fill a wing. I think Hubbard will make a lot of noise on a really talented Yale team.

National Absurdity Day has arrived. It's a day to embrace the crazy and the odd. Yesterday we looked at 5 seniors that we think are going to have seasons so good it's absurd. Now it's time for the same with 5 juniors.
