The Philadelphia 76ers' 2024-25 season is off to an extraordinarily disappointing 3-14 start. Obviously, injuries to Joel Embiid, Paul George and Tyrese Maxey have played a role in that embarrassing record.

However, on the court issues such as poor 3-point shooting, ole' perimeter defense as well as non-existent transition defense, the inability to grab rebounds and turnovers have been the main factors for their struggles.

Below is a review of four Class of 2026 prospects from southeastern Pennsylvania we believe could address some of the 76ers short comings and help get their season back on track.

Adams is a traditional power forward who would immediately address the Sixers rebounding and interior scoring issues. With his length, positioning skills, endless motor and nose for the ball, Adams would be a plus rebounder for the 76ers at both ends of the court. His precise outlet passes would quickly get Tyrese Maxey or Jared McCain out on the fast break for easy buckets. Adams possesses soft hands and polished footwork that includes an effective drop step move. Those assets enable Adams to produce point in close via post ups and out of pick-n-roll action. Plus, Adams owns a high IQ and impressive passing skills. Those items should cut down on the 76ers turnovers.

Adamson is an efficient interior scorer who can produce points on dives to the cup, post ups and via shirt, face up jumpers. He is also extremely comfortable operating in the dunker spot. However, the stat column where Adamson can best help the 76ers is in the rebounding category. Adamson's size, wingspan, physicality, tenacity, and quick second jump enable him to dominate the glass at both ends. He frequently posts double digit rebounding games. He is also an intimidating rim protector and could help boost the 76ers interior defense. Adamson currently holds an offer from Bryant.

Jackson is an athletic and long “3 & D” prospect who would be a tremendous two-way addition to the 76ers lineup. On offense Jackson is a high percentage three-point shooter with logo distance range. He can also slash to the rim off the bounce for a lay-in. Plus, his speed, agility and finishing skills make him a transition phenom. Defensively, Jackson can guard multiple positions and has a knack for slicing through passing lanes for steals. Jackson is a vastly underrated rebounder too. This past July Jackson posted a four-game stretch on the UAA Circuit where he averaged 21.5 points and 5 rebounds per contest.

Sajid is an automatic 3-point shooter who is one of the most sought after two-guards in the region. He is also the favorite to win the 2024-25 Suburban One POY award. Inserting Sajid into the Sixers lineup would not only help their bottom of NBA three-point shooting percentage (29th ranked), but his presence would also space the floor for drives by Maxey as well as McCain and others. This fall at the MADE Hoops Northeast Preview event, Said splashed 8 threes on his way to 35 points. Additionally, Sajid is athletic, fast and owns decent hops. Thus, he can get out on the fast break as a lane filler and finish above the rim. Sajid holds offers from several DI schools and there is no doubt he is a P4 prospect.
