His development has taken off and he is better than many give him credit and it is due to his high ceiling still. Give this kid two more years and he is going to be that much better. His handle is stronger and his shootning is better.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Smith is a cold blooded shooter. He could come into a program and us that shooting ability to really help a team win. He has good size and as he gets quicker and uses his moves off the dribble he will only elevate his stock. He could be solid player to bring along and continue to develop. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Barclay is another late bloomer that has finally started to elevate his all-around game. He is stronger than most basketball players in his position and he can shoot. He could end up staying in Utah and he would be a solid get that could develop strongly in a 4 year program. </p>
