2 - [player_tooltip player_id='2478557' first='Hunter' last='Carter'] (2025 Rosemary Anderson Prep)

Carter is not only new to the rankings but new to the state of Oregon having moved down from Washington attend Rosemary Anderson Prep for his last year of high school basketball. He's a point guard with size at 6-foot-5 and is extremely skilled, capable of scoring at will on his own but also very adept at setting up teammates for scores. Carter comes to Rosemary Anderson Prep as a committed recruit, having make a pledge to the University of Hawaii.

43 - [player_tooltip player_id='2575670' first='Isaac' last='Tannaci'] (2025 South Medford)

Another newcomers to the state is Tannaci, who moved to South Medford from Yreka, California. He's a smoooth athlete at 6-foot-5 and at the recent Expo: Oregon, he more than held his own as an all-around scorer and defender. He'll be a huge help for a South Medford team that lost stars Jackson Weiland and Ty Dahlin to graduation.

131 - [player_tooltip player_id='2493579' first='Jase' last='Schmidt'] (2025 Gladstone)

The fact Schmidt wasn't in the rankings previously was an unfortunate oversight, but he's deservedly now listed. The 5-foot-9 guard is extremely shifty and tough, capable of really getting hot from the perimeter but can also create for himself and others off the bounce. After playing his junior season at Milwaukie last season, he'll be spending his senior year at Gladstone and will make an immediate impact.

132 - [player_tooltip player_id='2574788' first='London' last='Schofield'] (2025 Dephian School)

Schofield got onto our radar this fall through his appearances at the Expo: Oregon as well as some D-III elite camps. Well-built physically at 6-foot-2, he showed that he's a hard-nosed competitor not afraid to go up against bigger players from bigger schools in the state. Schofield has a good all-around game and should be one of the better players at the 2A level this upcoming season.

135 - [player_tooltip player_id='2519149' first='Will' last='Manfredi'] (2025 Summit)

We first remember seeing Manfredi playing at elite camp at Pacific Lutheran and one thing immediately stood out - his toughness. The 6-foot-2 guard was fearless with his drives getting to the basket, capable of finishing through contact or drawing the foul in the process. It's going to be a brand new squad at Summit this year and you can bet that Manfredi will be in line to get some playing time.

138 - [player_tooltip player_id='2575682' first='Matthew' last='Rebholz'] (2025 Grant)

Rebholz immediately draws attention as he is one of the few guys around that plays with a face mask, but he's more than that. The 6-foot-5 senior is a hard worker, plays with a good motor, has a pretty good jumper from the outside, and uses his size to make plays around the hoop. Grant is pretty loaded with their roster this season but don't be surprised if Rebholz is able to get some minutes.

146 - [player_tooltip player_id='2519145' first='Jona' last='Lee'] (2025 Westside Christian)

Lee was one of the top outside shooters we saw this off-season. The Westside Christian guard has one of those strokes that simply automatic when he's left open and he more than filled it up at Pacific Lutheran elite camp. More than just a standstill shooter, the 5-foot-8 senior is quick with the hoop and able to get out in transition quickly. He'll be a huge factor for the Eagles
