PH Expo: Team 2 Evaluations

<p>The Prep Hoops Michigan Expo was in prime form this past weekend. There was an array of talent from all over the state at the event. His combination of power and handles was probably what stood out the most to me. Murphy was quick and concise with his dribble, helping him to be aggressive off of every bounce. He attacked defenders and powered through finishes.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Matyus is a very talented player that drew attention to his game at The Expo. He's efficient and effective with the ball around the perimeter. Matyus isn't afraid to move the ball and never lets it stick in his hands for too long. He moved well and found space.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Diekevers was a great player to have in Grand Rapids. He's faster in person, as he showed impressive straight line speed with and without the ball. Diekevers was a hustle player that saved multiple transition buckets by being the first back on D.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">White is an intriguing prospect that made a good showing in Grand Rapids. He has the ability to make plays and be a big factor around the rim. White was bouncy under the basket and seemed to always be involved when the ball was around it.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Woodman is a player that has shown a lot of improvement over the last 6 months. For starters, he just looked more comfortable on the court. Woodman has a solid frame and he's getting better at using it. He's a very good back end defender around the rim.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Belcher definitely made a statement with his play at the event. He was tricky and tough to stay in front of when he had the ball. Belcher consistently created space from defenders by using his handles. He has a powerful frame and a lot of upside.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Lindquist definitely drew some attention on his game. He looked to initiate offense with a good pass and he made great decisions on those passes. Lindquist also was effective at finding lanes to the rim and finishing at the bucket with his right.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Tillman is a talented guard that was fun to watch at The Expo. He's an athletic player that has some very real quickness off the bounce. Tillman changed speeds on his defender and buried a 3 off the bounce after creating space.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Smith was impressive at The Expo in Grand Rapids. It was probably his defense that drew the most attention. He was really engaged on that end of the floor. Smith was communicating with his teammates at all times on D.</p>
