The Pangos All-Midwest Frosh/Soph Camp is one of the best chances to see young talented prospects from the state. PHI had Steve Parham at the event in person all weekend and has been posting coverage. I wasn't able to make it in person, but went back to watch the first game of every single player in the event on Baller TV. That is what is represented in these evaluations. Here is Pangos: Scotty B's 2027 PG/Combo Standouts!

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2125687' first='Travis' last='Brown'] (West Aurora – 2027)

Brown checks in as the #4 overall prospect in the 2027 class after a dominant performance at the Prep Hoops Sophomore ID Camp. He was at it again at Pangos. The long and wiry lead guard was excellent as a passer with look ahead dishes in transition, off hand dimes to finishers, hitting rim runners in stride, and overall being a slick passer. Acrobatic finisher that finishes with athleticism. Gets to the rim for layups and soft touch finishes. Active on ball defender and is a solid three point shooter pulling up.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2125677' first='Reggie' last='Stevens'] (St. Laurence – 2027)

Stevens is a 6'2” combo guard that debuted inside the top 10 of the class rankings. He is a scoring guard that has deep range on his three point shot. In the game we saw he poured them in one after another with an effortless stroke. Also has crisp handles. Primed for a big season!

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2323599' first='Jamarri' last='Fears'] (Romeoville – 2027)

Fears is a rangy left handed point guard at 5'11” that is a crisp passer. As a scorer he is best scoring in the lane with acrobatic layups including one where he cut off the ball for a score.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2323606' first='Asa' last='Harris'] (Leo – 2027)

Fun point guard at 5'8” that plays with a ton of excitement in his game. Pushes with his speed in the open floor scoring at the cup. Slick passer that through some nice pick/roll dimes. He shot it very well in the game we saw with a pull up three, cross into a pull up mid-range shot, and another 15 footer.

PG Johnathan Booker (Rich Township – 2027)

The 5'10” point guard plays taller than that with his good length. Sneaks in for buck backs and was active defensively getting a steal and taking it the other way for a layup. Slick ball handler that flashed as a three point shooter.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2403996' first='Johnathan' last='Hadley'] (Glenbard South – 2027)

Combo guard at 5'10” that has a smooth looking three point shot and a nice soft touch finishing game with his floater.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2532358' first='Zaire' last='Green'] (Whitney Young – 2027)

Green had a strong showing at the camp. He was solid in the game we saw as the 6'2” strong bodied combo guard threw down a nice dunk in transition. Also got a steal and took it the other way for a slam. High-motor guard that should see some back up minutes for the Dolphins.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2532329' first='Jeremiah' last='Echols'] (Homewood Flossmoor – 2027)

Echols is a 5'10” point guard with a good handle and has some shot making ability especially from mid-range.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2632058' first='Karon' last='Shavers'] (Leo – 2027)

The Leo 6'0” guard that excels playing in the open floor. Good transition player that makes plays as a finisher through contact. He has a good frame and got after it defending on the perimeter.

PG [player_tooltip player_id='2625692' first='Terrel' last='Keys'] (Leo – 2027)

The 5'9” point guard is on the smaller side. Plays with flair and is a shifty ball handler with the rock in his hands. Gets to the free throw line, pesky defender, and flashes as a passer.
