September Recruiting Update!

For this time of year, when recruiting is typically a bit slow, there's been a great deal of activity. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='2208858' first='Tyronn' last='Paulin'] continues his streak of offers. The 6'7" forward has landed offers from eight offers including D2, D3, Juco as well as one prep school offer. Paulin's latest offers are from D3 Muskingum College in Ohio as well as Mississippi Delta CC. <br></li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='2303389' first='Jeremy' last='Phillips'] has received his first offer from prep school Quantum Sports Academy. Phillips is poised for a big junior year in the eastern pandhandle with Frankfort High School. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='2211912' first='JoJo' last='Greene'] has received offers from Kentucky Christian University as well as Southern Arkansas University. Greene also tells us he's had D1 inquiries along with several contacts from D2's. Greene has largely flown under the radar at the traditionally football rich school, but there's a great chance for him to have a huge breakout year. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='1309597' first='Xavier' last='Kirk'] received an official offer from Hood College back in August. Xavier had an impressive run all summer during AAU on the HGSL circuit. Kirk will get some offers at the D2 level soon, as the 6'1" SG is a high academic qualifier and has been accepted to some high academic institutions with academic scholarships in hand. Exciting time for the Hedgesville senior. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Davis and Elkins coach Breland Walton was in the house at Anderson Court on Sunday September 15th to see the BlueChips Nation squad including: [player_tooltip player_id='2437056' first='Tyce' last='Day'], [player_tooltip player_id='1309597' first='Xavier' last='Kirk'], [player_tooltip player_id='1412065' first='Trevan' last='Bonner'], [player_tooltip player_id='2528455' first='Levi' last='Wanless'], [player_tooltip player_id='2303399' first='Anden' last='Santamaria'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2241522' first='Drew' last='Fitzwater']. Coach Walton had positive feedback for all six players and would definitely be back to follow up with some of them. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='1578756' first='Max' last='Moore'] received a recent offer from PSU-Fayette via coach Atreyu Austin after a visit and workout. Moore is one of WV's top shooters and will make his debut at Anderson Court fall league this Sunday with the BlueChips Nation squad. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='2208821' first='Caleb' last='Thomas'] has recently received a high level D2 offer from Cal U. PA. The powerhouse coached by former Wheeling U. head coach Danny Sancomb continues to dip into West Virginia and offer the top players. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='2208848' first='Clay' last='Robertson'] received his first D2 offer at MEC school Seton Hill. Robertson is one of WV's top returning players and scorers. The 6'2" SG likely has a pile of offers on the table yet that will come in the next six months. Robertson has had serious interest from D1, D2, D3, NAIA, prep schools, post grads. You name it, he's on someone's list. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='1867669' first='Cruz' last='Isaly'] has received his latest offer from D3 Washington &amp; Jefferson. Isaly had ongoing contact with the school leading up to this summer and W&amp;J coaches were able to see him live in the BlueChips Nation Hoop Summit and extended an offer a few weeks later. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='1386129' first='Quantez' last='Fishback-Bennett'] who's a recent transfer into Huntington Prep received an offer from The Apprentice School in Virginia. The Apprentice School program plays in a super competitive D2 league based in Virginia. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>Another recent transfer into the Huntington Expressions Prep program is Ohio native [player_tooltip player_id='1705961' first='Nate' last='Miles']. Miles has been offered by D1's including Cleveland State and Toledo. <br><br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='1578760' first='Parker' last='Schramm'] has been most recently offered by Oberlin College in Oberlin OH. Schramm, a senior combo guard with a deadly jumper has had a steady stream of offers from D2/D3 schools in the last nine months. <br></li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ul> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul class="wp-block-list"><!-- wp:list-item --> <li>[player_tooltip player_id='2208839' first='Nate' last='Rodriguez'] is now holding offers from Franciscan as well as PA D3 Waynesburg. Rodriguez was able to show his talents in person to both schools while at the BlueChips Nation Hoop Summit after traveling overnight from vacation to make the event and get in front of those coaches.
