Greater Beckley
With fab frosh [player_tooltip player_id='3245920' first='Iziah' last='Gordon'] and super soph [player_tooltip player_id='2425396' first='Javonte' last='Spencer'], Greater Beckley has emerged as what most people believe to be the title favorite. Throw in fellow freshman [player_tooltip player_id='2751442' first='Jabari' last='Spencer'] who's been steady and even sensational at times and the lineup for GBC looks young but talented. They've been impressive throughout the entire season beginning with huge win over AAA power Chapmanville. This group is talented and well coached as well as seasoned in post season play.

2. Tug Valley

As long as [player_tooltip player_id='1851879' first='Braydun' last='Ferris'] is around, Tug Valley has a chance. They have been as consistent as anyone else in single A with high tempo offense and pressure defense as well as having a championship coaching staff. Ferris isn't alone, while this guard laden team is solidified by [player_tooltip player_id='2891789' first='Zade' last='Rash'] who's been absolutely ferocious this season. Very few single A teams have the firepower to offset those two.

3. Huntington St Joe

St Joe is the team everyone thought would fall off eventually and no matter how good they play nobody wants to believe they're a contender. However, their athleticism 1-5 is as good as anyone if not better. Miciah Ehirim might be the best player nobody knows about in WV. [player_tooltip player_id='2390886' first='Isaiah' last='Sanders'] is yet another weapon that has to be dealt with by defenses and [player_tooltip player_id='2531107' first='Noah' last='Keaton'] is the what stirs the drink. Everyone in the lineup can shoot it and get downhill with it.

4. Sherman

This is easily the team that most people would see for the first time ever given they make it to Charleston. Not many people know much about them but they have their chance to show the state what that program is all about. Sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='2500146' first='Ryan' last='Mollohan'] is a player to watch for as he's led the Tide in scoring several times throughout the regular season.

5. East Hardy

East Hardy has what nobody else in single A has, a big and athletic true post player in [player_tooltip player_id='2470012' first='Gideon' last='Good']. He's 6'7", strong and athletic. Good dunks everything possible and has a tremendous motor on both ends. He will be alot to handle for anyone in the first round.

6. Tucker

The Mountain Lions might be a bit down but not dead yet. They still have a lineup with just enough size and athleticism to compete yet are really a lineup with several role players but the clear leader of the group is [player_tooltip player_id='2434921' first='Cayden' last='Arnold']. Arnold is one of the most improved and fastest rising guards in WV. He's definitely one to watch for in March.

7. Clay-Battelle

The Cee Bees are a senior laden squad who's had nothing but success with everything they've touched led by senior guard and leading scorer [player_tooltip player_id='3040785' first='Trey' last='Huggins']. They've beat some of single A's top teams and have some size support inside with [player_tooltip player_id='2324786' first='Colt' last='Sandy'] who's a 6'4" senior forward.

8. Trinity

Trinity's [player_tooltip player_id='2686841' first='Austin' last='Porta'] and crew have shown the ability to compete with anyone in single A. This is a team with good guard play, length and athletes to get up and down. [player_tooltip player_id='2434237' first='Collin' last='Lemley'] their 6'7" wing/forward gives their lineup alot of flexibility along with junior guards [player_tooltip player_id='3290698' first='Maddox' last='Mousadis'] and [player_tooltip player_id='3543670' first='Marcus' last='Bland'].

Darkhorse

Parkersburg Catholic, Ritchie, Pendleton

Emerging In March

[player_tooltip player_id='3456512' first='Keelan' last='Remy'], [player_tooltip player_id='2390881' first='Carson' last='Newsome'], [player_tooltip player_id='2500146' first='Ryan' last='Mollohan']
