Here's the best 2026 players who have yet to be offered but likely will be soon! Coaches take note, these prospects are legit and ready to talk.

Smith is who I believe is Chapmanville's best AND most valuable player. Why? Because he's a match up problem in every sense and plays with tremendous energy yet is always in control. While he hasn't been officially offered, the interest is there. It seems Chapmanville's return to the state tournament is certain and Smith will get to be on full display for the first time there.

[player_tooltip player_id='2306139' first='Logan' last='Boyce']

Boyce has not current or official offers, however there is interest from several schools that will indeed turn into interest. I'd imagine after his performance in the Country Roads Classic this month some coaches moved him up the priority list and have offers inbound very quickly. Boyce is a steady hand amongst chaos on the court, strong handler in traffic and ice in his veins shooter from deep.

[player_tooltip player_id='2375657' first='Tyler' last='Jones']

Jones, who we've talked about in another recent article, appeals to several college coaches in that he's so efficient shooting from deep its hard to ignore. Jones should be able to convert to a scoring point guard with a quick trigger and high percentage shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2377003' first='Darrell' last='Claybrook']

Claybrook had interest stirred up while playing in the state tournament last year, however is yet to get anything official yet. His guard skills and defensive presence should be enough to be seriously considered by many schools.

[player_tooltip player_id='2243481' first='De'Shad' last='Williams']

Williams move to Capital has been a fruitful one in multiple ways. He's expanded his game as a scorer, been able to lead the program on the floor to a #1 ranking and created more buzz around a program with multiple college prospects.
