The Ohio native was playing back in his home state and found a lot of success on Saturday evening. Miles has a bruising style of play with the body and physicality of a college wing. Able to play through contact, Miles was looking to score inside of 10 feet whenever he had the chance. Going 7/19 from the field, Miles also drew numerous fouls to also attempt 12 free throws for his team. While there were some ups and some downs based on those percentages, Tennessee Collegiate Academy needed Miles to stay aggressive on the offensive end and he almost helped lead them to a comeback win.

The most dominant statistical player in the EYCL, Nate Miles was putting up insane numbers this summer for All Ohio Red . One of the top prospects from the Toledo area, Miles has bounced around multiple summers playing for Toledo Start and Lima Senior in June throughout his career and also a brief stint at Huntington Prep but has officially left Toledo Emmanuel Christian for good with a transfer for Tennessee Collegiate Prep. With an open recruitment at the moment but tons of talent, expect Miles to be a prospect schools make an effort to see this winter.

The leading scorer and rebounder from the EYCL was back at it on Tuesday against EYBL competition at the PIT and Miles had himself another dominant scoring game. Finishing with 38 points, Miles does an excellent job of running the floor, finding points off cuts and offensive rebounds and being opportunistic for steals that lead to layups and open 3-pointers. In the second half Miles went on a crazy run in the corner from 3-point range, almost single-handily leading his team back into the game. Really impressive to see Miles continued production at a high level on display.

One of the leading scorers on the EYCL circuit, Miles does an excellent job of using his frame to be physical with defenders from the wing position. Sort of a throwback play style with a bull in a china shop mentality, Miles is going to seek contact and look to hit you first when he has the ball in his hands. Also an impressive shot-maker from the perimeter, Miles has been lighting up the scoreboard for Toledo Emmanuel Christian the past few years as he went over 1,000 points early in his Junior season. I expect more programs to get involved with Miles as the summer rolls on.

One of the top scorers on the EYCL circuit, Miles was aggressive and using his size and strength to overpower defenders. I’ve noticed Miles has started to transform his body and add even more muscle. A high motor player who wants to get to the rim, Miles plays through contact and isn’t afraid to draw fouls. If Miles can slow the game down for himself, his scoring ability and offensive gravity will allow him to be more efficient and generate even more open looks for his teammates. Impressive to see such gaudy scoring numbers on the EYCL circuit.

All Ohio Red had some battles with other shoe circuit teams and Miles was productive as a strong wing who is very productive in the paint. Miles has a unique blend of strength and vertical pop that makes him difficult to stop when he gets a head of steam going to the paint. I’m hoping to see consistent motor and production during live period events for Miles who has a wide-open recruitment at the moment.

Miles is technically a new addition after we removed him from our rankings due to his transfer to Huntington Prep. Miles is back at Emmanuel Christian in Toledo and has had a fast start to his season. One of the most talented scorers in Ohio’s 2026 class, Miles can knock down shots from the perimeter, play above the rim and use his strength to finish around the basket. A name Toledo area basketball fans already know well, we’re happy to have Miles back in Ohio to further add to the depth of Ohio’s 2026 class.

Miles had a very slow first half and start to this game and was something that needed to change if EC wanted to win this game. That changed as he scored 17 points in the second half. The ball was put in his hands more and his size and athleticism were a mismatch for TC to handle. When he got the ball in transition without letting the defense set up it was a bucket, or he went to the line. Miles’ size was a huge difference as most of the points came in the paint.

Miles is returning to Emmanuel Christian for his junior season after having a big-time sophomore with some impressive scoring numbers like 40-point games. Miles will be one of the highest-scoring players in the state this year with his ability to put the ball in the basket at all three levels. His size and athleticism are tough to match. Then he becomes elite with his skills to go with this. He scores the ball efficiently and effortlessly. He will be the go-to guy again this year for the Warriors and I expect him to take them far with help from other good teammates like Minster and Hester.

Miles is someone who left the Toledo area because of the level of prospect he has turned into. He is now at Huntington Prep and he came back to show off his skills for the Toledo crowd one more time. He just gets better by becoming more efficient at the things he is already good at. He is more athletic. He has a high ability to score the ball. He can get to his spot on the floor whenever he wants. His shot has become automatic. A true high-major prospect.
