The 2025 point guard prospect has continued to improve as a player and lead his team on the floor. Rodriguez, who had played with the WVBC previously, had switched uni’s to boost numbers on the MOV Elite squad and was on the floor Sunday (10/29). For the MOV Elite squad he continued to create opportunities for teammates as well as find his way into the scorebook finishing drives and pulling up at midrange.

finally got to run with the BlueChips on 10/7 and was able to lock in on defense and turn it loose on offense. Nate is a strong and sure pg who’s developing his jumper as well as strengthening his reputation as a great on ball defender. Nate’s development on the offensive end will determine a landing spot but D3 would be a safe bet in projection.

is a stout 6’0″ pg from Parkersburg High School. He’s been a two-year starter and has put up great numbers in WV’s biggest class and arguably the mountain state’s toughest basketball conference. Rodriguez strong style of play and dedication to being a top defender should lead him to the road of recruitment during or after the upcoming season. He’ll be playing on the WV BlueChips roster for the AC Fall League and sure to be in front of college coaches.
