Minnehaha Academy has been the state rep for this section the last eight straight seasons. Is this the year somebody else overtakes the Hawks?

Minnehaha Academy has qualified for the State Tournament the last eight seasons. Last year they had a 15-16 record overall and was still able to get past the best of 4AA to play at state. Will that change?

Lorenzo Levy has moved on but the rest of the Redhawks rotation is back. [player_tooltip player_id='2090661' first='George' last='Norsman'] is their main scoring threat coming into the year. Meanwhile, St. Paul Academy graduated most of their team and they were the biggest threat to the Redhawks run in some time. Is there a threat this year?

I would go with St. Croix Lutheran. They had the best record in the section in 2023-24 at 22-6 and they return six of their top seven players including leading scorer [player_tooltip player_id='2445213' first='Riccardo' last='Marzetti']. The Crusaders will have more depth than SPA had in challenging Minnehaha Academy so they might be the top threat to the run. And the Hawks are going through coaching changes as Lance Johnson has retired taking five titles with him on the boys side. Jadee Jones is his replacement.
