Competitive guard, with a complete performance on both ends of the court. He was an efficient off the dribble shooter from deep. Which further opened up his shifty playing style as a driver, where he drove to score for himself or set up teammates. He has great body control and lift on drives, able to contort himself around rim defenders. There's a bit of electricity to his game with his live wire scoring ability. But he's not all flair, there's small guard swag to his defensive style. With a willingness to take charges and generally battle.

Nelson's ability and feel as a passer standout the most. From fancy no looks to misdirect the defense, to accuracy and precision to lead cutting teammates; the junior is an advantage creator. His head seemed to always be on a swivel, looking for opportunities. Got after it a bit on defense as well, help side steals and in general getting low and bothering opposing ball handlers. Especially taller opponents, he made uncomfortable and was able to force steals with quick his hands. Provided a scoring punch in spurts, but knows who he is a playmaker and thrived in that role.

Headed into his senior season, Loper is stronger and even more decisive off the bounce. He played off two feet on drives, capable of either muscling through contact to finish. Or create separation with a shoulder lean, and then moving away from the defender for a clean look. The added physicality will serve the senior well in Class 6A, as he picks up more of a scoring load. He's still a table setter, which will go well with all the shooters on the Jaguars' roster. With his improving athleticism and strength, Loper looks to be the complete package.

There's never a question about intensity when Davis is on the court. He was once again a whirlwind on defense and uptempo on offense. Explodes to finish high and strong around the rim. His work on his jumper was evident as a junior, and as a senior he enters with his shooting a strength. Another promising sign is that he's doing a better job of playing fast but not in a hurry, especially in the half court. Continuing to understanding that changing gears can be just as effective as pure speed will make Davis one of the toughest covers in Oklahoma. While also opening up more next level opportunities.

Was the offensive hub for his squad. Quick with good handles. Good passing, capable with either hands. Showed a knack for off the dribble triples, smooth stepbacks after his handles got defender on their heels. No apparent weaknesses in his offensive game, especially with the way he read the floor as a passer.
