This summer at Philly HS Live, Brenner poured in 38 points vs. Boys Latin and proved he is ready for the No. option role at Unionville. That trend continued at the Never Forget Classic as Brenner was unstoppable on offense. Brenner's stretch-4 skills were on full display as he scored at all three levels. He produced buckets in the open court and flashed solid passing skills too. Brenner also was a vocal leader for Unionville as he was in constant communication with his teammates on the defensive end. He already holds offers from Sacred Heart and Bryant.

One of the most talked about transfers in the area showed this past Saturday that he is going to be a great fit for the talented Carroll lineup. We all know that Matos can splash three and he did that again at the Never Forget Classic. However, Matos also served notice that he is more than just a lefty, long range sniper. Matos excelled in Carroll's up-tempo style as he ran the floor well and finished through contact. He also pushed the rock on the fast break for scores and assists. In the half-court Matos scored on several straight-line drives too. Finally, Matos appeared to have grown taller than his listed height and added muscle to his frame.

On Saturday at the Never Forget Classic, Nelson wowed fans and scouts with his well-rounded floor general skills. Nelson scored at every level and did so in an efficient manner. His ability to get buckets off two feet and the deep range on his jumper were especially impressive. Nelson piloted Cristo Rey's transition game and delivered creative dimes all day. He also directed their half-court sets with precision and poise. Nelson's decision making in pick-n-roll action was extraordinary.

Pierman is a long and solidly built prospect with an intriguing mid-range to the rim skill set. Pierman can pop jumpers from the baseline, elbows, and free throw line extended areas. He is athletic and has respectable handles, so Pierman was able to put the ball on the deck and get to the cup for scores in close. Pierman displayed polished footwork in close as he executed several nice spin moves as well as up-and-unders.
