On Saturday at the Never Forget Classic, Nelson wowed fans and scouts with his well-rounded floor general skills. Nelson scored at every level and did so in an efficient manner. His ability to get buckets off two feet and the deep range on his jumper were especially impressive. Nelson piloted Cristo Rey’s transition game and delivered creative dimes all day. He also directed their half-court sets with precision and poise. Nelson’s decision making in pick-n-roll action was extraordinary.
