PGs/Combos

[player_tooltip player_id='2632063' first='Michael' last='Pierre'] (Carmel – 2027)

This 5'9” point guard from the northern suburbs of Chicago was excellent throughout the event. Lead guard that has great burst and quickness with the rock in his hands. Lived in the lane all day with his handles and speed. Soft touch finishing package, active defender, and can hit an open three off the catch. Also mixed it up on the glass for his size.

[player_tooltip player_id='2442187' first='Alex' last='Kim'] (Glenbrook South – 2027)

Kim is a 5'10” point guard that has a crisp handle and he showed it off in both transition and the half court. Went coast to coast along with winning on straight line takes.

[player_tooltip player_id='2403800' first='Jacob' last='Kim'] (Prospect – 2027)

Smaller guard at 5'9” that showed heady plays with his cutting off the ball, soft touch finishes, and crafty layup making.

Kavin Krishnaraj (Stevenson – 2027)

This 5'3” guard is super small, but can really play. Had sick move where he cut to the hoop off ball, caught it, shot fake, then went past the defender for a lefty layup. Liked how he got to the line and flashed as a shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2408373' first='Hunter' last='Wolf'] (Maine South – 2027)

Combo guard that really brought it on the defensive end. Contested several shots on recoveries and jumpers. Plays taller than his height. Very good outlet passer that can hit a short jumper. Defensively is where he left his biggest impression.

Amari Goss (Conant – 2027)

Goss is a 5'11” point guard that has a crisp mid-range jumper to go with a long and athletic profile. Stretched it out to three on occasion and blew by opponents for layups.

Wings

[player_tooltip player_id='2442189' first='Ian' last='Smucker'] (Maine South – 2027)

Smucker is a two guard that brings length and athleticism on the win. He showed that blocking a shot on a recovery and using his athleticism to get in the lane for a runner. Also flashed as a shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2442192' first='Timo' last='Sakoufakis'] (Maine South – 2027)

Very intrigued with this 6'4” wing. The southpaw is a two guard that knocked down shots on a regular basis throughout the event. Corner triples, pull ups, and step backs. Sweet lefty stroke! He has long strides getting to the rim and was often fouled where he proved to be a quality free throw shooter. Flashed some playmaking feel as a secondary passer as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2632047' first='Emmanuel' last='Tezzo'] (Carmel – 2027)

Another good sized wing here at 6'3” that has a long and lanky frame. The skill set is still a work in progress, but the physical tools and athletic upside peaked our interest. He scored in transition and rebounded well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2442193' first='Charlie' last='Blair'] (New Trier – 2027)

Blair has plus size on the wing at 6'3” along with a really good shooting stroke. He Hit an array of threes off the catch. Moved well without the ball on cuts and showed he could get out in the open floor for scores.

Posts

[player_tooltip player_id='2632080' first='Omer' last='Gabela'] (Lake Forest Academy – 2028)

We talked about the upside of this 6'6” rising freshman playing against the upperclassmen group. He had some flashes against the 10th graders as well. Like how he can deck it from the mid to high-post area. Fluid running the floor in transition for scores on a consistent basis.

Nicholas Konchan (Loyola – 2027)

This 6'6” power forward put his name on our map with a solid performance. He is a good athlete that cuts well off the ball for scores in the paint. Also showed he could deck it from the high-post for scores. Has projectability to continue to grow and evolve.
