Van Regenmorter is a winning basketball player, plain and simple. Nothing that he does on the hardwood is going to overwhelm you, but he does everything well. He's a strong, active defender with the physicality to bang against bigger bodies and the IQ and quickness to hold his own against quicker guards. He's a tough finisher around the rim with the handles to get by defenders and to the bucket. He's a solid shooting threat from 3-point range and is excellent in the mid-range. And he's a fantastic playmaker who sees the floor really well. He averaged 19.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.5 steals a game on 49-36-85 shooting splits as a junior for the Wolfpack, leading them to another state title.     Van Regenmorter's running mate on the wing, Moret is an athletic slasher who loves to attack the rim both in the halfcourt and in transition. He has a great first step that he uses to blow by defenders and get to the bucket, and he has great body control around the rim that he uses to finish. Additionally, he's great as a catch-and-shoot weapon from 3-point range, knocking down 41.6% of his 3-point attempts as a junior while averaging 13.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.5 assists a game.     An athletic 6-7 big man who runs the floor hard, protects the rim, and controls the glass on both ends of the floor, Kasongo-Malu is still a fairly raw basketball player, which should make his production – 10.5 points, 8.6 rebounds on 65.6% shooting – very intriguing for college coaches. He has good hands and is a bouncy athlete with a great second jump that he uses to not only compete on the glass, but also protect the rim defensively.     A quick guard with a great first step that he uses to blow by defenders and get to the bucket, Helmers averaged 20.7 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 2.7 steals per game as a junior for the Bulldogs. A lefty who can absorb contact around the rim and finish through it, he's also skilled in the mid-range area, getting to his spots well and knocking down 15-footers with regularity. If he's able to add some consistency to his 3-point range, watch out.     Ruei is another really good athlete for the Black Raiders, a 6-5 wing who uses his length effectively on the defensive end, contesting shots at a high clip as well as finishing above the rim with authority on the offensive end. He averaged 5.8 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks as a junior on 64% shooting.     An intriguing small school prospect who can really shoot it from deep, Hoefert has great size on the wing at 6-8/6-9 and he has a huge wingspan that he uses to impact the game on the defensive end. His jumper is pure, with a high, quick release and extended range, and he has worked to improve as a secondary ball-handler and playmaker. He averaged 12.8 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.4 assists a game as a junior and will step into a lead scoring role as a senior.     Hoogeveen enjoyed a breakout junior year for the Wildcats, a team that spent a good chunk of the season ranked #1 in Class 2A. He averaged 16.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.9 steals per game on 47-40-62 shooting splits, showing the ability to shoot it at a high clip off both the dribble and the catch. He's a talented, smart combo guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands.     An extremely productive player, Stecker put up huge numbers for the Indians as a junior, averaging 23.5 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game on over 60% shooting. He's an athletic combo forward who can score inside and out, and he provides some ersatility on the defensive end of the floor with his combination of size, length, and athleticism.     A true point guard who does a fantastic job setting up his teammates and protecting the ball, Kanne posted a 4.06 assist-to-turnover ratio as a junior for the Knights while also shining as a perimeter shooting threat (39.2 3P%). He's a pass-first guard with great handles and vision, and he's also a tenacious on-ball defender with quick hands and feet.     The future Iowa State quarterback is an athletic, physical forward who can control the glass on both ends of the floor, finish around the rim effectively with either hand, and step out and stretch the floor with regularity, knocking down 37.3% of his 3-point attempts as a junior en route to 16.4 points and 6.6 rebounds a game. Additionally, as should be expected with a quarterback, he's a talented passer out of the post who sees the floor really well.
