A two-sport stud, Welter holds multiple Ivy League offers on the gridiron. I was really impressed when I caught him for La Salle in June on the hardwood. Welter plays above the rim using his big frame and strong build to score through contact. Also a high motor for rebounds, Welter is a physical force that's tough to account for. Overall just thought Welter did a lot of productive things for a big and while his future is likely on the gridiron, he would be a monster small college basketball player if that was the path he chooses.

A very intriguing athlete from the forward position, Smith has some impressive quick twitch and burst ability. Able to play above the rim and change directions and speeds smoothly, Smith has a lot of athletic upside. Hoping he can put it all together as a senior, last year Smith averaged 8.4 points and 6.8 rebounds for the CMAC champions, I expect to see a rise in both of those numbers this winter. If Smith can improve his production, he could be a late blooming riser as his best basketball is ahead of him.

A new name from northeast Ohio, Holland was a player I scouted with OBC this spring during the first live period. A skinny stretch forward who wanted to play on the perimeter, Holland flashed some ball handling and shooting ability. Still a work in progress physically with handling strength and contact, hoping to catch a Medina game this winter to see where he's at now. With his size and offensive ability on the perimeter, Holland has flashed some unique skills that make him a name to track for small college programs. Very intrigued by his long-term upside and playing for Medina should get him even more developed as an offensive player.

Another two sport athlete, Jones only offers come from Division III programs on the gridiron. I think he can also contribute at that level on the hardwood due to his natural movement skills which allow him to play a variety of styles defensively. His soft hands also allow him to catch passes in traffic and he's able to finish on the interior as a scorer. We've seen some small college players try and play both football and basketball at the college level and if Jones and the school would be interested in that package, I think he has the skillset to make it work.

A prospect we've seen on the Prep Hoops Circuit with Elite Mentality since the 16 U level, Weah is another impressive athlete who plays above the rim. His best performance came during the KABC Titans Shootout during the first live period where he was active on the glass, finishing in the paint and moving his feet defensively. Weah just needs to stick to doing big man things to have a big impact like finishing plays from the dunker spot, rim running, rebounding and defending the pick and roll. He has the size, skill and athletic ability to check all those boxes this winter for Winton Woods.

A skilled big, Oster can do a variety of things offensively as a power forward. Able to space the floor when left alone, Oster can knock down shots when he's left alone, especially from the top of the key. Oster also does a nice job setting screens and then making himself available on pops, especially off the ball. Allegheny was the first school to host Oster on a visit and offer him, I expect more small college programs to become interested in Oster this fall and winter.
