Malley is a high IQ player, so he did not force any ill-advised shots on the way to his ridiculous point total. In fact, he even sprinkled in a couple of dimes along the way. Specifically, his live dribble passing was impressive. Malley also proved he could handle the fierce pace at Check Rock by getting out on the fast break for buckets and assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2336679' first='Ahmeil' last='McLaurin'] – 6'4″ / Friends Select / [program_tooltip program_id='2078678' first='East' last='Coast Power'] / Wing: McLaurin has been turning heads all summer at the Post & Pivot League. He is an athletic and speedy hybrid-forward with a muscular build. That trifecta of assets makes McLaurin an open court phenom. His mid-range game must be respected too, as McLaurin can pop jumpers or attack the rim from the elbows. Additionally, McLaurin dominates the glass at both ends. Given his well-rounded skill set, it should not be a shock that McLaurin posted a double-double of 24 points and 12 boards in the Post & Pivot championship game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2364681' first='Marquis' last='Newson'] – 6'4″ / 2027 / Academy of the New Church / [program_tooltip program_id='2078709' first='Team' last='Final'] EYBL / Combo Guard: The first item that jumps out about our No. 4 ranked 2027 prospect is that he now appears to be taller than his listed height of 6'4”. The second item is how easily this speedy guard with an attacking mindset can take over a game. Newson's versatile skill set was on full display at the Check Rock League on Tuesday night. He scored at all three levels, pushed the rock on the fast break for buckets as well as assists and rebounded at both ends. Newson's quick change of direction dribble moves are jaw dropping. His endless motor was remarkable, especially given the chaotic pace of play that typifies Check Rock games.

[player_tooltip player_id='1865290' first='Keni'' last='Williams'] – 6'2″ / 2025 / [program_tooltip program_id='2078682' first='K-Low' last='Elite'] / Point Guard: This lefty walking bucket took over the Post & Pivot League title game as he dropped 37 points on the strength of 5 made threes. That ridiculous performance by Williams helped his team win the championship and earned him the playoff MVP award. In addition to knocking down triples, Williams blew past defenders off the dribble for lay-ins and floaters. His ability to score through contact is an asset college coaches will love. He also produced points in transition. Williams holds offers from Albany and Robert Morris.
