<p>Woods is one of two 2027 prospects on the list. He's a prospect out of Graham High who's shown he can hold his own in the painted area after putting up 18.4 points per game as a freshman. </p>

<p>Vaughan is a name out of Bandys High to get to know given his penchant for scoring inside and out. He put up 19.2 points per game along with 9.1 rebounds in 2023-24. He's also quite the anchor in the painted area after blocking 3.6 per game in 2023-24.</p>

<p>Smith is another underclassman on the list in the 2026 class out of Washington High. He's a prospect with HM potential who put up 19.5 points per game along with 6.4 assists, 3.2 steals and 2.1 blocks per contest as a sophomore. He's got a bright future ahead of him.</p>

<p>Lowry is a new face on the PH radar out of Community School of Davidson who's shown a penchant for scoring the basketball. He's one of six returning scorers in the NCHSAA 2A ranks who produced over 20 points per contest in 2023-24. He's a name for DII/DIII programs in the region to keep eyes on given his activity on both ends of the floor.</p>

<p>Simpson has been a name to know for quite a while in the NCHSAA 2A ranks out of Hendersonville High. He averaged 20.9 points per contest and put together 13 double-doubles as a junior and has a whole lot more to prove with his athleticism and length at 6-foot-6.</p>

<p>Patterson is a lead guard to know out of West Caldwell High given his pedigree for scoring and distributing the basketball. He posted 22.2 points per game as a junior along with 8.1 rebounds per contest. He's got a bright future ahead of him as he heads to Lees-McRae following his senior season.</p>

<p>Sims is another member of the 2026 class out of Southeast Alamance High to get to know as he returns as the third-best scorer in the NCHSAA 2A ranks. He put up 23.8 points per contest on 43 percent shooting this past season as a sophomore and has a whole lot more to prove heading into another season.</p>

<p>Little is an intriguing 6-foot-2 guard to know in North Carolina's 2025 class following his junior year. He put up 29.4 points per contest which includes five 40+ contests which saw him go 4-1 in those games. He's another dynamic scoring guard to know in the state.</p>

<p>Smith hit the ground running in his Lincolnton High varsity debut as he led all scorers in the state with 32.2 points per game, according to MaxPreps. He's got HM potential written all over him with a whole lot more to prove in Year 2 for the Wolves in the Catawba Valley Conference.</p>
