#15 [player_tooltip player_id='2352342' first='Daniel' last='Harvey'] | 5'9 G 2025 Appoquinimink

As it stands today, Harvey is the best pure point guard in the state. He handles business as a playmaker, running the show for the Jags, and as defender; and he'll likely do the same at the next level.

#14 [player_tooltip player_id='2352450' first='Trevor' last='Webster'] | 6'3 G/W 2026 Sanford

Webster found his groove in June and has been producing at different scales every time he's touched the court since. He went from just attacking the basket off-the-catch to also getting to his spots.

#13 [player_tooltip player_id='2387594' first='Dustin' last='Pederson'] | 6'6 W/F 2025 Delmar

The play-finishing forward does get much attention, but the talent is there. Pederson is a threat from anywhere he touches the ball because he can create opportunities for himself facing up or by grabbing the ball off the glass.

#12 [player_tooltip player_id='2352455' first='Tarrance' last='Williams'] | 6'6 F/C 2026 Dover

Whether Williams is a four or five at the next level doesn't matter because he's simply good. He's a big contributor inside as a rebounder and rim-protector, but he can also operate on the perimeter offensively as a passer and spacer.

#11 [player_tooltip player_id='2365472' first='Mark' last='Brown'] | 6'7 W/F 2026 Salesianum

Although he still has to turn the potential into high-volume production, Brown's flashes are high level. In spurts, he rim-runs and stretches the floor on offense, while blocking shots on defense.

#10 [player_tooltip player_id='2352343' first='Jalen' last='Bernikow'] | 6'1 G 2025 Odessa

Young for the senior class with his best basketball ahead of him, Bernikow has a chance to be the best pound-for-pound player in the state this year. His jumper is already valid and his ability to get others involved is catching up.

#9 [player_tooltip player_id='2364684' first='Aven' last='Diamond'] | 6'2 G 2027 Polytech

Diamond's ability to apply his athleticism in any and every context is intriguing. The splash plays that he makes come from his instincts and how quickly he processes whatever's in front of him.

#8 [player_tooltip player_id='2352337' first='Elijah' last='Proctor-Moore'] | 6'7 W 2025 St. Andrew's

Probably the most physically gifted athlete in Delaware, Proctor-Moore has the tools that can swing games. And now that he's fully available, he can develop other skills that'll help him stuff the stat sheet.

#7 [player_tooltip player_id='2461953' first='Elijah' last='Farrington'] | 6'6 F 2026 Milford

Farrington's mature low-post game gives him such a high floor. He's beyond his years when it comes to establishing position, creating or finding angles, and then finishing with touch; yet he's under appreciated even within his owm class.

#6 [player_tooltip player_id='2352340' first='Kenny' last='Hunter Jr'] | 6'4 W/F 2025 St. Elizabeth

As far as wings and forwards go, Hunter Jr is in a class of his own when it comes to knocking down shots. This summer he showed that his jumper is good enough to build an offense around at this level; now he gets to translate that to wins.
