The Prep Hoops Circuit is not a joke. Well, Slack showed up and led the country (ever event in all 4 regions of the circuit) in scoring. And he did it twice, averaging about 27ppg over the season. The Midwest Stampede star was a highly efficient shooter that proved he's also willing to dish the ball and play the game the right way.

Evaluations are normally subscriber-only but when an athlete subscribes, theirs becomes free for all readers. Subscribing doesn't change who the Scout covers, it changes who gets to see it.
