His confidence seemed to gain momentum with each passing event and his scoring ability was a big asset for a talented backcourt that also includes [player_tooltip player_id='1561902' first='Mason' last='Brone'] of Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau and [player_tooltip player_id='2375323' first='Blake' last='Risler'] of Regis. Stoffel's size and physical strength allow him to finish through contact, and he has an impressive burst of speed off the dribble when attacking the basket. <br><br><strong>No. 59 [player_tooltip player_id='2117025' first='Jamison' last='Zavatchin'], 6-3, F, Oostburg ([program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'])</strong><br><br>To be sure, Zavatchin has been mostly a post scorer for Oostburg the past two seasons. However, he is trying to expand his game to include the perimeter and attacking the basket off the dribble. He missed almost all of the spring/summer with an injury, but did come back to play for [program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'] in late July. The two-time first-team all-Big East South Conference performer for Oostburg averaged 21.0 points and 7.9 rebounds as a sophomore. The lanky and skilled wing can score from the perimeter and off the bounce, and his size and length can cause issues for opponents as well. Walters played in every game for Germantown last winter and helped the Warhawks to an 19-8 record. A physical wing with a soft shooting touch, Buhr can score in different ways while also hitting the glass on both ends of the court. Also a strong football prospect, Buhr has the size, skill and physical strength to create mismatch problems for opponents. Buhr and senior teammates Cole Buboltz, [player_tooltip player_id='2403281' first='Max' last='Olsen'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2272014' first='Logan' last='Steffensmeier'] figure to form a solid core for Sheboygan North in 2024-25.<br><br><strong>No. 67 [player_tooltip player_id='1720212' first='Ladell' last='White Jr.'], 6-1, G, Saint Thomas More ([program_tooltip program_id='2076433' first='Kevon' last='Looney Power 5'])</strong><br><br>A good mid-range player, White is an athletic combination guard who can soar above the rim while using his one-two dribble pullup to also score. He can also score from outside the three-point line and is a defensive menace with his ability to guard the ball all over the court. White attended Milwaukee Juneau as a freshman and sophomore, but enrolled at Saint Thomas More after a family move in the spring.<br><br><strong>No. 70 [player_tooltip player_id='2364732' first='Quincy' last='Mosley'], 6-2, G, Madison West ([program_tooltip program_id='2141788' first='Mad' last='City Mambas'])</strong><br><br>Mosley can put up points and he often does so in a flurry and from different spots on the court. Michlig came off the bench as a sophomore for a West Salem program that went 25-4 and lost to Pewaukee in the semifinals of the WIAA Division 2 State Tournament. Also a good kicking specialist in football, Michlig averaged 6.6 points and 5.0 rebounds for a talented team with a lot of depth. His productivity figures to increase this time around as he has emerged as a dependable scorer in the lane area for coach Mark Wagner at West Salem.<br><br><strong>No. 73 [player_tooltip player_id='1561884' first='Ashton' last='Thuecks'], 6-5, F, Elkhart Lake ([program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'])</strong><br><br>The biggest thing for Thuecks at this point is getting and staying healthy. He missed much of the spring and summer while recovering from an injury so his standing as a collegiate prospect remains a bit uncertain. However, at 6-foot-5 and with guard skills, Thuecks could emerge in the 2026 class. He is a two-year varsity starter for Elkhart Lake and averaged 16.1 points and 7.3 rebounds while earning second-team all-Big East North Conference honors as a sophomore.<br><br><strong>No. 74 [player_tooltip player_id='1561963' first='Sam' last='Richter'], 6-3, G/F, Hartford ([program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'])</strong><br><br>Another talented wing with the [program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'] program and in the ultra-competitive North Shore Conference, Richter might get overshadowed at times because he plays against such talented competition, both on the club circuit and with his high school program. At the same time, he has proven he more than belongs against such stiff competition as his skill, length and competitiveness have helped him carve out his own niche as a strong player. Richter started as a sophomore at Hartford and averaged 7.0 points and 4.2 rebounds for a team that finished 12-13 under coach Chris Smith.<br><br><strong>No. 76 [player_tooltip player_id='2224528' first='Owen' last='Gulke'], 6-1, G, Cedar Grove ([program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'])</strong><br><br>A physically and mentally strong backcourt performer who plays with confidence and the ability to score, Gulke averaged 17.0 points and 5.0 rebounds as a sophomore starter at Cedar Grove. He then performer very well in the spring/summer for the talented [program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'] North squad, helping them beat many of the state's top club teams throughout the season. A second-team all-Big East South Conference pick last season, Gulke is one of four returning regulars for Cedar Grove. <br><br><strong>No. 88 [player_tooltip player_id='2496343' first='Jake' last='Pfister'], 6-1, G, Catholic Memorial ([program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'])</strong><br><br>Pfister is a scoring guard who can play at the point or on the wing. Like a lot of good players with solid basketball instincts, Pfister picks his spots and is more than willing to defer to his teammates if opponents are geared to stop him. He started as a sophomore for a very young Catholic Memorial team and is expected to be one of the Crusaders top players the next two seasons as they compete in the ultra-tough Classic Eight Conference.<br><br><strong>No. 92 [player_tooltip player_id='1561956' first='Tyler' last='Evenson'], 6-3, G, Waukesha West (Denard Brothers)<br></strong><br>Speaking of the Classic Eight, Evenson is another player from that league with excellent ball skills. He can pass, shoot and dribble, and turned in strong off-season showings with both Waukesha West and the Denard Brothers. Evenson finished sixth in the Classic Eight in scoring as a sophomore at 15.5 ppg while shooting 88 percent from the foul line and making 50 three-point baskets on the season. <br><br><strong>No. 95 [player_tooltip player_id='2496338' first='Cal' last='Juckem'], 6-3, F, Neenah</strong><br><br>One of those players who just needs to be on the floor at almost every junction of every game, Juckem makes positive contributions across the board. He can score, but he's even more valuable as a defender, rebounder and screen setter. The ball seems to move quicker with Juckem on the floor thanks, in part, to his impressive basketball IQ. Juckem is a key returning player for a Neenah program that played in the WIAA Division 1 State Tournament in each of the past two seasons.<br><br><strong>No. 97 [player_tooltip player_id='2498966' first='Darrius' last='Peete'], 6-2, G, Germantown ([program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'])</strong><br><br>Peete played with the varsity team at Germantown as a sophomore, but his playing time was somewhat limited due to the abundance of upper class talent in the program last winter. That most likely won't be the case in 2024-25 as Peete proved over the spring and summer he is more than willing to make a big contribution for a Germantown program seeking to win the Greater Metro Conference. His versatility and activity on both ends are impressive and will be big assets for the Warhawks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->

He can pass, shoot and dribble, and turned in strong off-season showings with both Waukesha West and the Denard Brothers. Evenson finished sixth in the Classic Eight in scoring as a sophomore at 15.5 ppg while shooting 88 percent from the foul line and making 50 three-point baskets on the season.

One of those players who just needs to be on the floor at almost every junction of every game, Juckem makes positive contributions across the board. He can score, but he's even more valuable as a defender, rebounder and screen setter. The ball seems to move quicker with Juckem on the floor thanks, in part, to his impressive basketball IQ. Juckem is a key returning player for a Neenah program that played in the WIAA Division 1 State Tournament in each of the past two seasons.

No. 97 Darrius Peete Darrius Peete Darrius Peete 6'3" | SG Germantown | 2026 State WI , 6-2, G, Germantown ( Chapman Basketball Academy )

Peete played with the varsity team at Germantown as a sophomore, but his playing time was somewhat limited due to the abundance of upper class talent in the program last winter. That most likely won't be the case in 2024-25 as Peete proved over the spring and summer he is more than willing to make a big contribution for a Germantown program seeking to win the Greater Metro Conference. His versatility and activity on both ends are impressive and will be big assets for the Warhawks.
