After Indiana Elite lost their two showcase games, they had a nice bounce-back performance on Thursday morning with dozens of college coaches on the sidelines. Sisley played his best game of the weekend with efficient scoring from a variety of areas on the court. Moving well without the ball, Sisley caught the defense napping without the ball on a couple ghost cuts on the baseline. Throwing down a couple dunks, one in transition and another off an alley-oop, Sisley showed his ability to play above the rim. Combine that with a couple jumpers off the catch and Sisley made a big impact for his team.

One of the fastest rising prospects in Indiana, Cunningham joined a short-handed Wildcat Select squad and has fit nicely into their new starting lineup. The biggest reason for his sudden rise has been a big improvement as a perimeter shooter, Cunningham continued to show that with at least three or four 3-pointers in a Thursday morning blowout victory. His frame and defensive tools also stand out as he looked like one of the better athletes on the court as well. Already holding 10 Division I offers with his first coming in June, Cunningham is seeing a fast rise in his recruitment.

One of the top big man shooters in the Midwest, Friery made the New York Gauchos pay for their zone trapping style of defense time and time again. His guard teammates did a nice job of finding Friery in the corner and he knocked down a high percentage of time and space 3-pointers. DePaul offered Friery in the spring and was at his game on Thursday morning, with recent offers from Loyola (Chicago) and Creighton, Friery's recruitment remains open with a handful of programs keeping close tabs on him.

A former Cincinnati area prospect, Sanders and his family made the move to Georgia and while he's fit in nicely with his new high school program, Sanders has remained with Phenom United for his final grassroots summer. That chemistry seems to be paying off as Sanders does a nice job of setting the table as the starting point guard for his group. Scoring the first five points for his team and adding another couple 3-pointers throughout the game, Sanders not only scored the ball but also played tough defense and had a handful of nice passes to set his teammates up. It'll be interesting to see how Sanders recruitment shakes out with his move out the Midwest, he was already being recruited by a couple schools in the south while he was in Cincinnati.

Not sure how many times I've seen more coaches than those who were at the Team Tradition Vs Team Loaded VA game. With dozens of programs from all levels of Division I courtside, the gym was buzzing as one of the top Adidas Gold squads squared off with the second seed in 3SSB play in the bracket style tournament. Team Tradition gave the favorites all they could handle as they held a 5 point lead with around 4 minutes to play. Despite falling short, Team Tradition gained a lot of fans from college coaches with the way they played. I wanted to spotlight Cooper, who brought an offensive punch that punished the Team Loaded Va defense. Making some crazy shots from deep, Cooper nailed a Heat-check 3-pointer from the top of the key and had a fallaway shot in the corner that looked impossible to knock down. Just recently got his first Division I offer in late June, Cooper already has seven to his name as Eastern Michigan is the latest program to offer him. Expect more schools to come calling before the weekend is over as well.
