The 6'2 guard has a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender off the bounce and can finish in a variety of ways around the basket. Spencer is more than just a shooter as he has a nice release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. He moves well without the ball in his hands and slides his feet on the defensive end. He gets deflections on the defensive end and is an underrated passer. The 6'0 guard plays with good composure on the ball as he rarely gets rattled and can thread passes to his open teammates in the halfcourt. Rosa finishes in a variety of ways around the basket and can also score in the mid-range. He works hard on the defensive end and has the ability to play off the ball at times.
