Action continued Saturday afternoon at Bloomington Jefferson High School as the Hard Work Region Finals were in full swing. The action packed afternoon slate allowed teams and players to put their talent on full display. Despite his lack of size Green shows a willingness to be aggressive, not content with just taking shots from the perimeter he can get the ball to the basket. Green can also move the ball around as well a solid passer who was key to creating offense and opening up pays for the Blue Chips.

Mitchell was the other key piece in the Blue Chips commanding 32-point win to open bracket play on Saturday afternoon. Showing off a smooth shot to drop a number of three pointers that allowed the Blue Chip lead to grow. Mitchell looked composed not rushing his shot allowing him to get open looks and knock down jumpers with ease.

Anunda's size and length stand out upon first glance, on defense he shows off his ability to make life hard on defenders getting his arms up to contest and even block shots. He also has a keen ability to grab rebounds on offense and defense using his size to box out defenders. He can take it to the lane and score as well inducing contact and drawing multiple fouls hitting his free throws in the process.

Hayes was Minnesota Selects standout player on Saturday afternoon against the [program_tooltip program_id='2141788' first='Mad' last='City Mambas']. With good hands he was always in control of the ball and able to shake defenders and get an open look, nailing multiple three-pointers in the first half to give Select a commanding lead. His quickness also allowed him to get behind the defense and get up court for easy fastbreak layups. On defense he also showed off getting a couple of steals and going the length of the court for an easy bucket.

Duis' 6'3 frame gave him a distinct advantage over the competition in Minnesota Selects matchup with the [program_tooltip program_id='2141788' first='Mad' last='City Mambas']. Using his size to get to the rim for easy uncontested layups, nearly slamming one home on one occasion. He also connected with Hayes on multiple full court passes for fastbreak points. A lengthy player with a willingness to pass as well as get to the basket Duis showed an ability to be a problem for opposing defenses.
